No me gusta dejar estos comentarios pero era necesario hace como 2 meces cambie de doctor para la doc Ana Nápoles y jamás an podido atenderme La Niña siempre llamo para hacer cita siempre es lo mismo que me llaman para atrás y jamás. Llamo me vuelven a decir lo mismo horrible ?, mi nina enferma y no tienen citas disponibles. Un médico de familia que no puede atender a tu hijo cuando se enferma, nunca visto.sinceramente no acepten más pacientes si no pueden atenderlos porfavor

I don't like to leave these comments but it was necessary about 2 months ago to change doctors for the doctor Ana Nápoles and they have never been able to take care of me. La Niña always call to make an appointment is always the same thing they call me back and never. I call, they tell me the same thing horrible again ?, my girl is sick and they don't have appointments available. A family doctor who can't take care of your child when he gets sick, never seen. Honestly, don't accept more patients if they can't take care of them, please

No soy de dejar review pero esto lo merece...si quiere evitar un mal momento simplemente no valla a esta oficina...No puedo hablar de la doctora porque no la vi,pero si puedo hablar de su equipo de trabajo (y eso dice mucho)Muy mala experiencia que tuve con mi visita a esa oficina...No se los recomiendo.

Ella es una excelente doctora el problema es la recepción y los tiempos de espera que a llegado hasta 3 horas es inaceptable mas cuando los niños están enfermos

I've been going to Dr. Napoles for YEARS. She is THE best pediatric Doctor in Palm Beach. Her staff is friendly, attentive, & servicing. I absolutely love how they know their patients personally. Dr. Napoles is very knowledgeable & I trust her with any recommendations she give. I couldn't be happier to have her as my son's pediatric.

Dr. Napoles is amazing, but her office staff is completely incompetent. When I requested my children's records the office staff stated the records were in storage because my children had not been seen in a year. Fortunately I do not have sickly children and they did not need to be seen but once a year for their physical. Since I have left the practice, they have never forwarded medical records to the current physician and never replied to my requests for over two and a half years. Also, unfortunately they never updated the state immunization records but I have no choice and have to wait on them to supply the information and my patience is absolutely worn out. DON'T GO HERE FOR MEDICAL HELP!

The doctors are good however the staff member who is in charge of the office is awful -and not reliable. If you want things done on a timely manner do not go to this office. Here is what occurred with me-I had contacted them a week in advance to ask them to give me my daughters vaccine and physical records. She did not send it until THREE business days later as a result the weekend went by and I was unable to admit my daughter to the daycare on Monday as planned. As a result, I had to call off work to take care of my daughter. If you don't want to endure in the same problem I recommend you look for another pediatrician office. The doctors are good but the office staff is unreliable and inconsistent.

Both Pediatricians in the practice are wonderful, patient , and caring. The front desk is always helpful and polite . My daughter has been there for over three years. Absolutely love them. I’m in the medical field and am very picky with doctors, have gone to several pediatricians that have not worked out. We found our match. Strongly recommende this office !
