Horror de personel.Al Dr. no le importa indagar profundizar, y menos deja hablar, Si hablas hace comentarios sarcasticos, falta de profesionalismo y detalles. Me mando hacerme analices de sangre, ya yo los hize hace 4 meses. No escucha.Cyando le dihe a la gerente de oficina wue el ni me fijo la consulta acabo, tienes pregunta, NADA, Oedi hacerle pregunta de la razon que vine, me diheron tienes que esperar, y dedoues de 45 minutos, me fijeron ta el te vio. Soqueta una especifica que me trato como si fuese policia.El Dr. es tan hipoporamo que da sendo mal ejemplo de la salud. Me pregunto donde estudiastes medicina? Soqueto. Ni se les ocurra ir alli. Las camas de pacientes destrosadas!!! El hipopotamo es un ignorante.

Dr. Tome is not only a client of the bad doctors club, he's also the president.
I read the reviews after I chose him as my primary physician and agree with all the negative reviews. Anyone that recommends him needs to get a second opinion. Any doctor that knows diabetes runs in my family would have lab tests done to check for glucose levels. He never did and my mother was hospitalized with blood sugar of over four hundred last month. Do what's best for yourself and your parents and find yourself a doctor that cares about their patience's health. BAD DOCTOR STAY AWAY!

They dropped my insurance without telling me. Had complete bloodwork done. I looked up the labs. There were several red flags he did not inform me of. Also prescribes medications without checking interactions, in particular liver, blood sugar, kidney function. He is lazy. Prescribed an overly strong antibiotic without explaining dangerous side effects

My family and friends have left Tomes practice because of his unwillingness to provide all the necessary care to his patience. He refused to prescribe services and time to,his patients, my parents, which they had a right to these services according to their health insurance. Always argued with us stating that my mom is not eligible or allowed to have home health care services. My mom is in a wheelchair unable to move and in excruciating pain. She had 4 major operations within the last 2 years resulting to a colostomy bag. He had no compassion for her suffering. he simply recommended we take her to a center for physical therapy, without taking into consideration all of her suffering. He could have recommended physical therapy at home which she was and is entitled to because of her condition. We were advised and highly recommended by her nurses in the hospital, that because of her condition she will need assistance in changing her bag base on their evaluation. Dr Tome refused to provide this services for a prolonged period of time, or until she felt better. Dr Tome has caused so much psychological stress to our family that I truly do not recommend him. We are thankful to have found another doctor who is very caring and compassionate towards a suffering patient. As a doctor should be.

I’ve been attending this practice for a few years. I never preferred Dr. Tome, but always liked the practitioners. I called last week for a refill on my inhaler, which I’ve had for 3 years, and I was told I need to go in for a visit first. I was in the office earlier this year, so it has not been a year yet, which they have recorded. I’m in Colorado and cannot experience the beauties of hiking because Dr. Tome will not refill my prescription because he wants my $40 co-pay. Pretty ridiculous.

My husband has been going to Dr. Robert Tome for so many years when I have met Dr. Robert tome. I did not like him right off the bat but he was my primary doctor as well as my husband‘s primary doctor. I told my husband I do not like him and want him to find a new primary doctor he has no clue about diabetic medicine he put my husband on a diabetic medicine that has raised his blood sugar And should have never been on this diabetic medication at all for any reason if a doctor does not know anything about diabetic medicine why is he prescribing my husband the wrong prescription that has affected his life and has affected his job and the surgery that he needed to fix his knee for a knee replacement do not go to this doctor do not give him your time or your money he is not worth it. My husband will never go back to Robert tome he has already cost my husband time pain and suffering it might cost my husband his job as well.

I am Mai Green, giving '1 star' to Doctor Tome's medical office, specifically to his secretary Jacky, who has such a bad customer service skills... she repeats herself like a robot and does not listen to the questions asked... she gets frustrated and has not empathy for Dr. TOME'S patients & customers to the point that she hangs up the phone on the patient or puts the patient on hold with the hope that eventually the patient will get tired of waiting and hung up. Just rude and careless employees, that are in serious need for good training to be able to do a better job at this medical office. And doctor Tome obviously does not care either, otherwise he will put more effort in getting his employees re-trained so they can better understand and deal with patients that are already sick and don't need to be more aggravated by such poor treatment in the part of this medical office.

I had an AVM rupture(stroke) in 2008. Dr Tome guided me through this horrible event. He has been monitoring and lowering my BP for years now. I count on him and have NEVER been disappointed!! As a perk, he has been candid/honest with me. (softly-scolding me at times) I always pay close attention to what he says though the ultimate responsibility for my health belongs to me. My elderly dad uses Dr. Tome too. I RECOMMEND HIM.
