I really liked Dr. Frisch in the beginning. However multiple problems occurred over the years and I'm upset I didn't seek different help sooner. Being in my 20's I feel like I was taken advantage of/not given 100% care. I was paying $400+ every 3 months for medication and did this for years. I recently seeked out a new doctor and I'm now paying $25/mo. for the SAME meds. Not to mention when I confided in her about going to therapy and wanting to try something cheaper in hopes it would work better this time, I was told "Why don't you have your therapist check your blood next time." Totally uncalled for and rude. I also ALWAYS had a problem with the front desk, 24/7 attitude. I hate to leave this review, but ya'll should know.

To say i am disappointed in the way Staci and her front desk staff handled the situation would be an understatement. To go out of your way and try to belittle a patient because of medical issue they have no control over is honestly discussing and you should be ashamed of your selves. I didn’t realize being a compassionate and understanding person to your patients only pertained to people of ages 40 and under, which is quite odd considering Florida is know to be a retirement state, which i know because i’ve been a resident all my life.I would have assumed you would know because you seem to be a Florida expert but that’s neither here nor there the fact of the matter is, you chose to be an inconsiderate person when you told that specific patient that she would not be able to be seen if she couldn’t fill out her paperwork or didn’t know every single detail of her medical history. It is your job to make every single patient feel comfortable and welcomed when they are in your facility wether they have hard of seeing, hard of hearing or anything medically wrong with them and if you can’t do that then you have no business working in a medical office. It would have been very easy if you would have just apologized like a regular human being when they are at fault but instead you took the time to respond to the patients family online, if you put the same effort that you put into having a snappy comeback, into treating your patients right then maybe you wouldn’t be in this situation.

I'm, extremely disappointed that I have to at least put a one star to express my concerns with this office. my mother suffered a stroke 2 years ago. which left her 30% vision in one eye and fully blind on her other eye. She had asked for help to the office manager. which the office manager reply to my mother. If you cannot fill your forms you cannot be seen.. I do not know how this office has any patience because Florida is a state where there's lots of elderly that need special attention!. This office should be shut down, I would highly recommend Never to come into this office the staff is very unprofessional and rude. But very attentive to their Phones! What is this world becoming and the priorities of those in needs.?

Dr Frisch came highly recommended by multiple people (who also started noticing the decline in her care) and at first she seemed like a thoughtful and intelligent Dr but she really dropped the ball with my diagnosis and kicked me out of her practice because she thought I was too difficult to deal with. I wasn’t, I’m just an informed patient with specific needs and Anna wasn’t listening. Anna might have been a decent doctor at one point but she’s overworked, has too many patients and it clouds her judgement and decision making process. That can be dangerous and a life or death sentence for a patient. Unfortunately this seems to be the standard with Drs now. They’re all overworked and overwhelmed and that effects the quality of care that they’re able to give.

My review isn't pertaining to Dr. Anna Frisch, but with the office manager Staci and front desk staff. Staci should have more compassion with her patients to make someone's mother break down and cry because they can't see to sign their forms or remember their medications are unacceptable and inhumane. She had an appointment and was turned away because of this. Although she was accompanied by her husband, he also needs help with filling out forms. There could have been an alternative way to handle this situation by emailing or faxing one of her children. Staci could have had more empathy and professionalism with delicate situations with people's feelings and health issues.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The office manager Stacey is an inconsiderate person which doesn't even have empathy or compassion for a patient who had a stroke and could not see properly and couldn't sign her forms and was clearly told if she can't sign her forms she can't be seen.. that is just unacceptable behavior and should be ashamed of how they treat patients we all have a Mother and Grandmother which we would not appreciate anyone treating them like this don't anyone go to this practice you should be proffesional to your patients and respectful to a patients needs which have conditions. Horrible unprofessional staff.

Amazing doctor for thyroid disease. I have been a patient for 6 years and she always makes me feel comfortable and heard. But I will say a huge downside to going to her is that her office staff is horrible. Like I said I have been coming here for years and I have NEVER had a pleasant experience. They forget to call you back, forget to call in my prescriptions or bloodwork orders and are just blatantly rude. I wish she would rehire new staff but regardless I will still come because the doctor is good.

Dr. Frisch has been my Endo forever. I literally tried every Endocrinologist in the West Palm Beach area & she is the only one that I would trust. Your health is your most important asset & Dr. Frisch has your health & well being foremost in mind. She is the BEST, I'd stake my life on it (and DO!)
