WE WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES AND LEFT!!

This was my son's first time seeing this physician. I initially chose this doctor's office because it was close to our home, and it had two good reviews. My son filled out all forms online prior to showing up to the office. He paid for his co-pay prior to his appointment as well.
WE SAT AND WAITED AND WAITED, while someone else that showed up 20 after us was brought back immediately. I understand a wait for a specialist with a specific specialty, but this is a primary care doctor.
When we left...
NO EXPLANATION
NO APOLOGY
NO SERVICE
Just, "oh I was going to call you next"!
Please, we have PPO insurance.. We can certainly find someone else that actually honors their patients time!

As someone in the healthcare industry, I can’t help but leave a bad review . Sat in the waiting room 15 minutes past my appointment time with absolutely no acknowledgement, but the worst part was although there was nobody at the front desk when I arrived, when.. who I assume was the receptionist came up, saw me standing there and proceeded to close the window and take a personal call instead . I say it was a personal call as she had her phone on speaker . Although I didn’t get to see the Dr I’m sure she’s great, but a doctors appointment should be great from start to finish .

Extremely wonderful and delightful staff that make you feel like your heard and want to help you get the treatment your need. I have been going through so many issues and saw many other doctors but Dr.Martin has been the only on who can truly help, she took one look and immediately knew how to help. As well as Barbara, she is so nice and really takes the time to listen and even is super gentle when taking blood, and i absolutely hate having blood drawn so this was perfect. Highly recommend!

I recently had my first appointment with dr Moya Martin. Speaking for myself. The appointment went well. She was very patient with me. Even the woman behind the desk was very kind when I told her I was struggling with a panic attack she stayed in the room with me and allowed me to keep my door slightly open because there were no other patients in the building at that time. I do have a question if anyone who is her patient can answer this. Does she provide Covid testing at her office? I’m just wondering bc I’m having a lot of trouble finding places right now that are not booked or do not have a 4-5 hour wait drive through. Thank you
