I had the blood test and skin test for the Q fever vaccine. The doctor, receptionist, and nursing assistant were so nice even though I’m Japanese and not very good at English, and every process went smoothly.
Next week I’ll take a vaccine. I was really lucky to find this hospital and come here.

Great experience taking my daughter here for an iron infusion. Unlike other clinics they made it so easy, we got a next day appointment, saw a very nice Dr then straight to a lovely nurse for the infusion (we already had blood test results). Reception staff also great. Nice clean clinic. It was all seamless and my daughter said the infusion was fairly painless too. Other clinics wanted us to have a referral from our regular GP, then an appointment to see their own Dr, then to come back separately for the infusion at a later date.

Dr Jackson was the best. He took enough time to take us through the vaccination, what to expect for our little one in the next 48 hours.
He made sure our little one was well looked after during the vaccination.
The nurse was very supportive and empathetic during the vaccine process.
