Dr David Roufel is excellent. He assisted me with administering Xolair injections and even taught me how to do it myself. Great doctor with a patient first mindset. Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival I was a little confused on how exactly to access the GP, some better/clearer signage would be appreciated. I booked online via Health Engine and was quickly seen on arrival by Prof. Umberto followed by a quick diagnosis. I’ve also used Telehealth with no issues if that is a more convenient way to access your appointment.

Dr Vi Trinh was very caring and compassionate. She had stickers and lollies for all 5 of my kids, even though it was just a quick medical certificate for myself! Would strongly recommend.

I read some bad reviews online. But it was completely opposite, the receptionist was so friendly, and ofcourse Dr. David is a life saver.. Such a humble and experianced GP. And yes, they charged me nothing. Highly recommended 5/5

I’ve been seeing both Dr Roufael and Dr Sleaby for over 7 years. I can’t recommend the doctors and the staff enough. Not only are they kind, caring and knowledgeable they actually care about every patient. It’s truly a wonderful clinic and experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Rochelle Sleaby was nice and kind, amazingly helped, but the elderly male receptionist's attitude was very rude, irritable, and unfriendly. Especially after the consultation when I asked for bulk billing, he got angry, asking why I didn't demand it before the consultation. I always mentioned it when calculating the medical expenses, and all other GPs happily complied. He proceeded with bulk billing, but on the receipt, it said "claim cancelled." When I asked again, he said it would be deposited the next day. I waited for days but didn't receive anything. When I visited the GP again, other receptionist told me to do it myself while making a tax invoice. Regardless of which GP I visited, they always processed it immediately, and I received the money the next day.
I won't visit this place again, as it caused me the worst inconvenience.
