I had written a letter to Dr Lindsey explaining why I needed to be quiet. My hormones were out of balance, and I was on steroids. So I wrote a letter, and brought a friend with me. Dr Lindsey lied to my friend and myself about filling my prescription. She lied to us and told us she filled my prescription, when in fact, the printouts from the Pharmacy shows she denied them.
Anyway, she refused to read my letter and would not accommodate my disability. Even though I am the expert on my own disabilities.
They say they want to know more, but they will not answer my calls, emails or my messages.

I became a new patient with Dr. Lindsay in Oct. 2023. I have little to no health issues but it was time for an annual exam. My insurance covers this for me annually. She is a good doctor, however the billing practices in place through Baptist are a racket. I was charged $669 (establishing as a new patient and office visit.) She of course asked me about any health concerns I had and we discussed a couple of minor things. Because I answered this is considered more than an annual exam. She had me come back in November to go over Mammogram results and complete the pap smear. Again, she asked me about the things we discussed on the prior visit. Ding, I answered so I was charged another $320 instead of it being billed as part of my annual exam. If I only see my doctor during my annual exam, of course I may have things to discuss. And if she had done the pap smear on the first visit, I would not have answered her follow up questions and been hit with another $320. Its not longer about our health people, its about the almighty dollar!

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service provided during my recent appointment for Catherine Lindsay. Despite arriving promptly, I was left waiting for an unreasonably long period of time without any updates or acknowledgment of the delay. It has become apparent to me that the practice has a habit of overbooking appointments, as evidenced by the excessive wait times experienced by patients. Waiting for an entire hour without any communication or explanation is unacceptable, especially considering the time and inconvenience it causes to patients.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing delays in appointments. However, consistently overbooking without consideration for the doctor's capacity to handle them is unprofessional and disrespectful.

I thought I had found a good doctor and the office is minutes from my house. The first visit went good. When I called for prescription refills I couldn’t get them. The staff was rude I was lied to several times. They kept telling me that the refills had been put in and I would call the pharmacy and they would tell they don’t have anything from the doctor. I called for 2 weeks and one of those days I called 4 times in one day and they still didn’t get the refills put in. So I ended up going up there to the office and told them in person what I needed. They still didn’t put the prescription in they said that Dr.Lindsey said to get it from my cardiologist. I just relocated here and I haven’t established a cardiologist and she knew this but still told me to get it from my cardiologist. The entire office need an inservice on customer care. I worked as a patient care tech in the hospital for 20 years and I’ve never came across such rude and unprofessional staff ever before. Coming to this office was such a huge disappointment and mistake. I really thought I had found a nice and decent doctors office.

Initially thought I found a good Doctor. She seemed willing to help me figure out what was going on medically but I wonder if Baptist gives kickback for some in-house referrals instead now.
Policy trumps common sense and I suspect it is more about money than you as a patient and your medical care.
I didn’t feel listened to. I don’t think she kept accurate records or perhaps she doesn’t refer to them before communicating her plan of action. I felt like I didn’t have much say in my medical care or choices with her. She seems to follow her own agenda without weighting in patient words or other specialists reports, and in my opinion created unnecessary testing, unnecessarily visits, unnecessary expense, and delayed my ability to see requested specialist that had the expertise and could help with my medical problem. Prescription management was poor and another area where I feel her bias impacted care.

Unfortunately, I'm having to update my review a little. And it's primarily due to the office staff. The new office staff that have been hired in the last 1-2 years have not been great to me. They are occasionally rude, pushy, and downright clueless sometimes. I miss the old office staff. The new staff are also refusing me service due to an "outstanding" bill at an entirely different office (endocrinologist) that I only recently even found out about. And instead of listening to me about the fact that I now have a PAYMENT PLAN in place, they are just downright refusing to let me see my own doctor unless I pay them in full. I'm also having issues requesting my own prescriptions. I've paid for 3-4 visits and made MANY requests since January and still don't have all my correct medicine.

Dr. Lindsay is usually very thorough. And if I have special requests for testing, she actually listens to my concerns and supports my decisions. She is very kind and seems to genuinely care about me and my care. Her assistant Pat is always very warm and patient with me also.

Seemed like a compassionate provider but failed to treat effectively, failed to turn in paperwork to other entities as requested that had huge impacts. Prescribed 10mg of something that subsequent providers (consulted more than one) unanimously agreed should have been prescribed at 40mg. It’s fine to not be an expert on all things but should have referred out to someone who was rather than putting patient wellness on the line for months with her lack of knowledge and failure to provide documentation.
