I had the absolute pleasure of having Mali as my driving instructor, and I genuinely can't thank her enough for everything she did for me. From the very first lesson, she was incredibly calm, patient, and understanding, which made a huge difference, especially because I was so nervous about driving. I had put off getting my license for years because I lacked the confidence and felt overwhelmed by the idea of being behind the wheel. But with Mali's guidance, all of that started to change.

She has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease, even in situations that might normally be stressful. There were so many moments when I doubted myself, and I thought I’d never be able to pass my driving test. But Mali was always there with a kind word of encouragement, a clear explanation of what I needed to do, and a genuine belief that I could succeed. Her calm demeanor and friendly approach helped me overcome my anxiety and actually start to enjoy driving.

What really stood out to me was her teaching style. She was always very clear and precise with her instructions, and she made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Whether it was mastering tricky maneuvers, understanding road signs, or simply building up my confidence in traffic, Mali guided me through it all. She was incredibly patient, never rushing me, and always willing to go over things multiple times until I felt comfortable. She had a way of breaking down complex skills into simple steps, which made it all feel much more manageable.

There were times during our lessons when I struggled, but instead of getting frustrated, Mali would calmly talk me through my mistakes and show me how to correct them. She genuinely cared about my progress, and it was clear she was dedicated to helping me become a safe and confident driver. Every lesson felt productive, and she made sure we covered everything I needed to know for the test.

One of the most amazing things was how Mali managed to make the entire learning experience enjoyable. Driving can be daunting, especially for someone as nervous as I was, but she had a way of turning each lesson into a positive experience. I always left our sessions feeling more confident than when I started, and that’s something I never thought would be possible. She helped me believe in myself, and that made all the difference.

When it finally came time to take my driving test, I was still nervous, but I felt prepared. Thanks to Mali's consistent support and excellent teaching, I went into the test with the confidence I needed, and I’m proud to say that I passed on my very first attempt! I honestly don’t think I could have done it without her. She took me from being a bundle of nerves to a competent, confident driver, and for that, I’ll always be grateful.

If you’re looking for a driving instructor who is not only skilled and professional but also kind, patient, and genuinely invested in your success, I couldn’t recommend Mali highly enough. She’s everything you could hope for in an instructor and more. Thank you, Mali, for helping me achieve something I thought was out of reach for so long.

Mali is an excellent instructor. She is kind, patient but also direct when she needs to be.

She's very organised and accommodating and will definitely go above and beyond.

I would strongly recommend Mali to anyone looking to get their license, and you will absolutely feel at peace.

Beyond all of this Mali is a great human being and has many interesting stories to tell, so not only will you become a great driver, but you will hear many interesting things along the way

I had 5 lessons with Mali and she was amazing. Very patient, very supportive, and her car was great to drive in. She prepared me perfectly for the test and I passed first go using her car at Carlton. I would recommend 100% to use skillztodrive and Mali as your instructor.
