My family and I have been happy patients with Dr. Hwang since 2007. We have always been treated with respect and friendliness. Imagine taking two young children to the doctor's office. But with Dr. Hwang my children are always excited to see him. The office is clean and well maintained. The office workers are polite and attentive. I feel comfortable talking to Dr. Hwang about all my concerns and he treats each concern with equal importance. I am so happy with the practice that my husband and ex-husband are now also patients of Dr. Hwang.

My whole family has used this office for the last 15 years BUT it appears they have changed. I no longer feel that they care about us like they did in the past. If you like being a number, and cold, impersonal service then this place is for you. I will look elsewhere. My experience is mine, maybe others are lucky to get great service, but I am not feeling very warm and fuzzy with these jokers.

Update: I love how after you leave a negative review, THEN they want to talk to you! I wasn't important when I needed help, but now it's all "call and ask." Hire some better front desk help, the bitter male retiree isn't helping your business any.

I have been going for annual checkup in this location to Dr. Bao. He has been very nice and took care everything. I will leave 5 stars for Dr Bao. Today was the first time I tried to book sick appt as I am suffering from fever symptoms. Today is friday. They said available on Monday only. very disappointed with this practice.

Dr Hwang has been seeing both my boys since they were young. He has a calming demure and is very thorough. He spends time with my kids and really does a great job of making them feel at ease and explains any issues very well. Highly recommended.

I love the new location! Office is beautiful! Congratulations to all of you! Promptly attention, very professional and family oriented. Dr. Hwang has being our primary doctor since 2002! Can't believe it has been that long.

I’m surprised at the 1-Star/negative reviews. My family and I have been going to this practice for years and I have never felt disrespected nor have I had any extended wait time. Staff and docs are respectful and willing to listen. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I have never had to wait for any length of time. I found the staff to be pleasant and most helpful. I like that I can get my lab work done on the same floor. I'm sure they have bad days - don't we all, but my experiences have always been good.

Had no trouble with wait time for my two visits, which was a nice change.
Unfortunately, Dr. Patel refuses to answer questions via messages or communicate directly. Will only talk once you're trapped in the stark, oppressive rooms with her. Medical institutions trigger anxiety attacks, her refusal to communicate with me outside of a high-stress environment is an embarrassment to good patient care.
