The worst place imaginable. Run from this place. They wanted to start procedures without consulting my records. Who does that? Terrible just terrible! I moved here just after having MRI and signed a medical release, two weeks prior to my office visit, so they could send for and review my MRI which shows clearly my problem. The nurse comes in and starts scheduling a procedure not at all related to my problem. He admitted he had not seen my MRI. He was merely speculating! When I suggested he consult my MRI he said I needed to set up a new appointment and sign another medical release so they could obtain my MRI. Total wasted visit. Furthermore, I understand they don't prescribe pain medication, and it will not solve my problem, however, I'm in terrible pain and they offered no solution, only more office visits. They are insensitive and do not listen only interested in scheduling procedures that do not work to get insurance pay.

I am a new patient with Dr dos Santos. I was very pleased with the professional atmosphere, the professional staff that served me, and the neat, clean facilities.

The staff took time to explain my specific situation, going over x-rays and discussing long range prognosis. I've had my first spinal epidural and I'm waiting for the ongoing treatment.

Dr. DosSantos is very personable and knowledgeable. She has been helping me with my degenerative arthritis and bursitis for over three years. She has a wonderful team of nurses, and I trust what she suggests for treatment.

I am pretty fed up with her tactics. I was in on the 11th in great pain. She wouldn't give me injection until I had an MRI. I scheduled it immediately. The office gave me an appointment to come in for the results. They knew I was in a great deal of pain and expected an injection if appropriate. They scheduled me for this afternoon, KNOWING she does not do the procedures in the afternoon. I am supposed to go back on Tuesday. That is 3 office visits for the same complaint. This is the second time this year she has done this to me. She also is not a pain management DOCTOR. As I understand it, she cannot prescribe pain meds. I've been in pain for over 3 weeks. I won't go back. I need relief.

For the first time in 10 years I feel 95% pain free thank you to this remarkable doctor!!!! I would give her more than 5 stars if they went higher!!! The shots were a little painful but the outcome was worth it!!!
