Do not go to this office as a new patient. I explained to the doctor that I wanted to establish care as a first time visit and my only doctor's visit for the year 2024. Instead of them coding the visit as an annual visit I ended up with a bill of $250. They would not change the code so that my insurance company would cover the entire visit. I even said to receptionist that took $20 from me at check in that it was unusual as my insurance normally covered a first time visit for new patients. I was also billed another $69 for general yearly labs that has never happened when establishing care with a new physician. The craziest part is that my insurance company would cover the entire bill if the code was changed. I went to see her because of family stating that this was a decent office. I was definitely not advised when I booked the appointment that the doctor was leaving in November. I would not have wasted my time, energy, and now my money bothering with a visit. The office should have advised at the time of me booking the appointment that the doctor was leaving and moving to Sebring. Now I'm being gouged by the office because they won't change the medical billing code. An office full of deceitful people with unscrupulous business practices. Visit this office at risk of you having to pay out of pocket with insurance.

Amazing. My whole family sees Dr Gavino. She takes time to actually listen to everything you ask. She is on top of my medication and consults me with every change. Office staff are super nice and address any concerns I have when I call. They actually call back!!! I found them easy to contact. If

Dr. Belinda Gavino is GREAT! The office just called me notifying that since June they don't take my insurance, and they let me know 3 months later? A day before my appointment.....!!!!!! Terrible communication!

I saw Dr. Gavino for the first time in March. She made me feel 100% comfortable! She was thorough and explained things clearly. She is a true family practitioner, wish there were more around with her experience and bed side manner!
