I have never in my life had a better experience with a doctor than I have with Dr. Lauren Pike. She is meticulous and brilliant and saved me as well as my children and husband on many occasions. Seeing my regular doctors has become quite unnecessary with Dr. Pike involvement in my medical needs. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and everyone is friendly and thoughtful. Hands-down, the most wonderful medical experience out there.

From my first visit they were very unqualified for taking little things such as temperature the person taking it was asking questions such as “where’s the start button” or “how do I read this.” I get that I am young, but still deserve respect. The x-ray technician came into the room abruptly without knocking and pointed where she wanted me to go instead of using her words and seemed very out of it, and like it was a burden to her that I was there.

The most efficient medical facility around. Dr. Lauren Pike and Dr. Katz are the best medical professionals. Both are highly skilled and trained in treating emergencies. They care and treat patients with the best standard of care.

I visited Malibu Urgent Care while I was on vacation. I had taken a fall and dislocated my toe. The staff and doctor there were just amazing. Their prompt and compassionate service got me in and out in less than an hour. My toe was popped back into place and I was on my way to continue my vacation. I cannot thank them enough !

I visited Dr. Plasencia yesterday for a broken ankle, and I was impressed by the excellent care he provided. From prompt attention to swift x-ray results and radiology report within 30 min, and just genuine kindness, my experience was commendable. The facility's cleanliness was also noteworthy. The Dr. efficiently referred me to an orthopedic clinic with a foot and ankle specialist, and I appreciated that they accommodated my appointment on the same day. Grateful for the outstanding service received throughout the entire process.

This is by far the best emergency situation I’ve ever been in.
Dr Kats and all the staff were super friendly with extremely polite bedside manner.
Had to go in for some stitches, they cleaned it and explained what they were doing the whole time. Dr kats even sewed it up a way that would heal better!
You can tell they really care about the patients health here.

Would send my family members here if ever needed
