The doctor is awesome. A great person and always ready to help. He is bilingual. The staff is amazing, specially Kristi is always helping and there if need it. This is the primary care doctor I had. Best health care services. Very professional.

Dr. Alain Karaguezian is one of a kind. Due to having elderly parents I face so many doctors that's why I believe Dr. K. Is a god sent. He takes care of his patients like his own family, would return calls in no time, patiently listens and addresses all your questions and his diagnostics are always on point. The office staff are also amazing, with all the busy office tasks they would transfer all your messages to the doctor, prepare and ask for any paper works auth or exam results on timely manner, not to mention their courteous answering manners.

I had to find a new PCP for my mom after being in the care of a doctor she really liked and was comfortable with for many years. When we received "the practice will be permanently closed" notification in the mail, there was a level of sadness, panic, anxiety, and frustration associated with parting from her doctor and finding a new one who would be as good as the one we loved and were so used to. That's when a friend of mine recommended Dr. Alain Karaguezian. I was a bit skeptical at first because she had heard about him but wasn't actually his patient. Nevertheless, I tried to make an appointment ASAP. I was shocked to find out that the doctor is booked solid for over 5 months ahead but ended up making the appointment anyway, since we had no other choice. The receptionist was nice enough to offer a notification in case of a cancelation and sure enough the office called me with a much sooner date a few weeks after that.

The minute we entered the doctor's office we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff and to our surprise, after a very short wait time, we were called in to one of the rooms where my mom's vitals were taken and with no further delay the doctor entered the room. He was very enthusiastic and friendly, full of energy and determination, asking the right set of questions to identity health concerns and patiently listening to all pain complaints. He then quickly came up with a step-by-step plan with new prescribed medication, tests, and blood work to help him see the full picture of what needs to be addressed. It wasn't hard to follow his lead because he took the time to explain everything in detail and his vision was clear and full of purpose. After the tests, we received a call from the doctor with the results and given that my mom's condition was complicated due to several spine disc protrusions and fracture which was never identified before, he referred her to a specialist and prescribed appropriate medication. We received subsequent phone calls from the office as soon as they got the other test results and within a day, the pharmacy delivered the medication to our door. I'm going into such detail of our experience with this new doctor, to emphasize the importance of this type of approach which plays an integral role in health-care management. He may not be a wizard with a majic wand to make all my mom's health problems disappear but he sure is a professional in his field and a man with an old-fashioned sense of responsibility, care, and compassion which is so refreshing and rare to find. We are extremely fortunate and grateful to Dr. Karaguezian and his wonderful team who, together, made us feel so welcome and comfortable, and most importantly are doing everything in their power to help my mom in the most organized and attentive fashion. Thank you doctor for your professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile! It's definitely not going unnoticed and I'm sure your other patients will agree with that.

Extremely rude staff! I hope the Dr read this and consider letting them go! I’m a new patient and called for my son ,he was very sick they told me next schedule is august!!!So I repeat August?! And they rudely answered then hanged up! Knowing my son was sick and needed to see him! I will only recommend the Dr to get rid of them immediately! As far as the dr we didn’t get to see him

After waiting roughly 6 months for my overdue annual physical, I received a call 5 minutes after my appointment time telling me I was late. They explained it's a 45 minute appointment and she marked me as no show. I told her I can be there right away to avoid this penalty and she didn't care one bit. With her aggressive attitude she stated I will get a bill for $100. Grace period is 15 minutes I could have been there within that time frame and she didn't care. Receptionist has a horrible attitude. Horrible human being. Been dealing with their unprofessional attitude for roughly 1.5 years. Everytime I have called and asked additional questions they always make me feel stupid. Aside of this issue this office is a complete mess. The doctor is a good person, but his entire staff minus one person act like they're better than everyone else. I guess this is the last time I deal with this ruthless unprofessional office. I hope the Doctor sees this review himself and can talk to his employees.

There is no sense of urgency when scheduling appointments. Was supposed to have my annual check up and two days prior to my annual an urgent health matter arose. The day of my appointment, I had a family emergency and asked if I could come at a later time but the scheduler said no and gave me an alternate date which was two months later. Getting my annual later was no big deal but my other condition needed medical attention as soon as possible. I was offered a day which I couldn't make it too and I politely asked the scheduler if I could get checked the following day. Instead the scheduler gave me a date almost three weeks in advance! I reiterated that I needed immediate attention and told her my concern. The schedulers response was unfortunately we do not have an earlier date.

This is not acceptable. If I explain and describe my concerns they should have the due diligence to consult the Dr. and let him make that decision.

As far as the Dr. goes he is a very nice and has a magnetic personality. The reception on the other hand is on the opposite side of the spectrum. The Dr. needs to hire staff that can differentiate what is considered urgent.

I want to take a moment and express my great gratitude to this doctor. For more than 4 years I had this pain in my chest. I was so unfortunate to face a poor level of doctors trying to diagnose what I am suffering from until the pain reached a level where I couldn't breathe deeply anymore. He took the time to understand the symptoms, make his analysis and was so determined to find the cause of my pain. It is really great when a doctor assures you they will do everything they can to heal you. I truly didn't see at all this level of integrity in any of the doctors I visited in the states. And I have been to so many doctors.It is his great attention to detail and how he lives by the values of a doctor healing patients that leads to this success and this review. I highly recommend Dr.Alain for you and your family.
