My experiences with Dr. Ray Santos and the entire staff were and has always been great! I can't thank you enough, Dr. Ray Santos, for the excellent care and attention you provided to my medical needs. He did not let me down in looking for referrals to the best Doctors he knew. He even followed up on me to check if the referred Doctors gave me appointments. He took time to answer all of my concerns. He is very knowledgeable in his areas of expertise. Unfortunately, I didn’t even step one foot in the door. Johanna answered my call and scheduled my 1st appointment. I told her I would like to schedule my 2 children and she said I have to call back at another time because she’s too busy. I told her that any other receptionist with great customer service etiquette would have taken my number, and returned my call to finish scheduling my children’s appointment. She then said she couldn’t call me back after 3pm because the calls go to an answering service. I told her that incoming calls go to the answering service, but receptionist's can make outgoing calls. At that point, I knew she didn’t want to do her job and I told her to cancel my appointment. If this is the kind of service that the office provides, then I rather find another place where I can feel valued.
