Our baby is now 6 months old and we loooove Dr Sharma - she is very knowledgeable and thorough with her checkups; we’ve also seen Dr Santos on one visit and he too was great! The staff is awesome as well - they came highly recommended by my OBGYN and I’m glad I took his advice. No over crowding, no long wait times, no being treated like a number - they are truly the best!

Dr Ritu Sharma goes above and beyond every time we see her. While time spent with is not too long, the quality of that time is invaluable. She is not only the primary care physician for me and my wife but also for our 1 year old son. My wife and I are often impressed by how thorough she is when it comes to our son - noticing minor things like signs of plagiocephaly when he was younger, and her prescience when it comes to things to watch out for like milk transitioning. We are truly lucky to have her!

Very good experience.
One request for the facility not for Dr Sharma:
For my recent visit, I experienced a situation, where there was unexpected traffic on my commute from office to DRS facility. Despite keeping 30 mins buffer, I realised that I might not reach on time, so called the facility at 3 pm while I was stuck in traffic for an option to accommodate additional 15 minutes from the Grace 15 minutes from 3:30. The person at the front desk said - nothing can be done and 75$ will be charged if I do not reach by 3:45 pm. It will really help if a solution is offered for such situations. Thankfully I made it before 3:45 pm, but the experience with the front desk was not productive.

Staff appears disengaged and uninterested at times, not really unfriendly but definitely not friendly. Dr Sharma is great though, very knowledgeable, engaged, and thorough.

I have not had wonderful experiences with primary care physicians over the course of the last few years so I simply stopped setting appointments. But new medical insurance and a recent health scare had me back at trying to find a primary health care professional that asked questions and listened to me instead of making assumptions about me based on a few numbers and a chart.

Everyone was extremely kind and considerate and I felt seen as a patient from the moment I walked in at reception, to having my vitals taken with nurse Ashley, through my physical exam with Dr. Sharma. Five stars is not enough, they all deserve a 10/10 in my eyes.
