I went into his office recently and made a joke with the girl at the counter she said your room will be ready in a moment so I said it sounds like something a girl would say at a hotel counter so I said I was wondering do you think I could get it some extra towels this morning making a joke now I was in a good mood this morning coming in she called me to the counter where I proceeded to ask her a question about some paperwork I had because the place that takes blood told me that the doctor's office has to send it in so she asked for the papers I said okay gave them to her well in the meantime the doctor comes out and he says how's it going this morning I said I'm just giving your girls a hard time. Kidding with him of course and the next thing I knew he turned into the Tasmanian devil with his head eyes popping out of his head screaming at me not to bother his staff and I said to him I was just kidding with you where we proceeded to turn around and do this a second time to me and when I say he came at me this guy was about to blow a stem cell I preceded to ask the girl at the counter honey may I have my paperwork back and she politely handed up to me I looked her in the eye as she did hand them to me and we both knew right then and there that no such thing occurred I felt bad for her sitting there having to listen to that he was like some damn monster but not once but twice he did this of course I turned and walked right out the door got in my truck and left at this point now I called my insurance company and reported the incident and I asked for a new list of primaries in the area I will not have anyone speak to me in that manner much less my primary doctor of course I will not get a call and an apology from him because he is too damn arrogant the same doctor told my friend he had cancer and turned out he didn't and he fired him as well the doctor as he was walking out told my friend have a nice short life whatever it is you have left sarcastically no I will never go back to this guy I was wondering why I always kept seeing the staff change I can't help but wonder if it ain't him working under those type of conditions there was no cause at all for his actions I hope to God somebody reads this and is able to save themselves the trouble of going to him no Physicians should never speak to any patient like that ever I've never seen anyone get that angry not once but twice and come at me like that being a doctor are you kidding me in my younger years I would have punched him right in the head for acting and talking to me in that way good luck folks

THREE STRIKES. My feelings about my experience with Dr. Seoane Never ever ever would I go to this guy to get my FAA medical again. It cost me four months grounded due to his lack of knowledge and failed promises and lack of concern. Fall, 2023, arrived at Seoane’s office and passed the medical. He said he would have to fail me because a new medication I was taking was not approved by the FAA. I begged him to reconsider as I had a brand new aircraft and the FAA would take three or four months to approve my medical. He agreed that if I could bring in a blood test within the last 12 months showing I was in within the proper parameters, he would pass me. I told him I had such a test and called the next day assuring them that I would bring the test in which I did a half an hour before opening the following day. At this time he informed me that they already sent my application as failed. He said there was nothing he could do about his mistake and that now it was in the FAA bureaucracy.
About a month later I was in my airplane mechanics office explaining this story and with him three minutes he had accessed the AOPA website showing that medication was approved by the FAA. Maybe I should go to a mechanic next time to get my medical.
After a couple months, the FAA contacted me and I sent an email to the doctors office asking a bit of advice regarding the answer to their questions and the doctor didn’t even bother to answer me.

Office is understaffed. Phone calls are not returned. Calls go straight to their answering service. It took persistent calls to the answering service to get the office to call back. Billing practices are questionable.

Doctor Seoane is the best doctor I've ever had. He is professional and knowledgeable. Really takes the time to understand his patients and their health care needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Seoane for your medical care.

I am a new patient of Dr. Seoane's. He is very kind, polite, knowledgeable and caring!! I certainly wish I would have been referred to him years ago. HIs office staff is great too!

Call backs are rarely done. Called because of positive COVID test, very sick. Tried for four days. Still nothing.

Dr. Seoane is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever gone to. He takes the time to listen to everything and always seems to know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it. A doctor should make a patient feel cared for and that's what Dr. Seoane does. He follows up to see how you are doing and helps get you on the right track. The office staff is great, so friendly. Dr. Seoane and everyone at this office makes you feel like family. I am so grateful for the care I recieved here. A+
