My dog ate my son's pink Online Drivers Course Completion Certificate. The only legible piece of information was the online school's website. I found the contact information online and called. I spoke to the representative. Aska, and explained this conundrum. After a few jokes about the typical "My dog ate my homework", we laughed. Noted, this was the first time he heard this problem as a agent. Fortunately, he believed me and quickly resolved the issue, which was amusing but complicated, since there was not much information to left to research, after Molly ate her portion. Thank you Aska for being kind and professionally pleasant!

I was just about ready to call it quits and ask for a refund. I had 6 'chats' and no one would help me. Then I found a telephone number to call and luckily I was connected to Hazel. I explained I was 79 yrs old and wasn't that savvy with computers.She had all the patience and knowledge I needed and was only too happy to share with me and help me thru the mess I had made of my husband's test. Thanks to her I was able to get into your system and show my husband (83yrs old) how to complete the course.

Hazel did a great job assisting me with my log in issues and solved my problems. Howerver, I am very disappointed with the website as this is the second time I had to call with problems accessing the website. It would be much better if we were told that Fusion was a contractor for the New York State defensive driving course!
