I would like to add some stars for doctor Thompson. He is a really good doctor, helpful and understanding. He has a lot of knowledge and will surely help you. Reception have some new young people which is really good, they are nice and helpful as well. But not everyone unfortunately.

The receptionist is very not polite and cheeky. I tried to make an appointment, she said the doctor would call me back and he didn't. Another time I tried to make an appointment with the interpreter, she had a problem with it and I didn't get it. It looks racism. I will make a formal complaint. Worst front desk service ever.

Fantastic Drs... Listen to you and try to understand the issues before providing a solution, be it tests, medication and referrals... Can always get an appointment, face to face or by phone when needed... Prescriptions can be pre-ordered online and picked up 48hrs later by yourself or by a pharmacy of your choice... Great receptionists and staff, very friendly, helpful and professional... An amazing clinic...

Different Doctor each time you go. Would be aswell laughing in your face at your pain. My daughter has been very ill for years now and diagnosed with endometriosis. Went in for op and wasn't that but surgeon said bowel was in and state so yet another different doctor diagnosed her with IBS ( without proper examination and tests ) referred to IBS clinic even though the IBS treatment failed and we are right back at square one . Have offered videos of my daughter crawling about in pain but refused to see video but still messing around years later... do not touch this doctor as you life will depend on it and it may end up shorter than you hoped for !

Been with them since 2018 when they were still in the old building. I just hate this place. Staff has been extremely rude to me for years. Just had to wait 90 MINUTES on the phone to speak to someone. Not making this up.

Amazing place! I called in at 5pm and I wasn't even registered yet, I registered online (took less than 5 minutes) and I had a booking for 9am the next day! The doctor was very professional and nice.

I have just recently registered at this Gp practice, Dr young is a nice doctor, but the staff who are the receptionists are rude arrogant lazy to make appointments very cheeky on the phone not let anybody speak to me like like that you got told straight whoever that woman is needs sacked I will be making making a formal complaint attitude is wrong not professional at all think shes in the wrong job
