Daniel pushed me out the office and told me he doesn’t know me and can not give me his phone number when the office number is in the door, telling me his is always busy they hardly ever answer ,that I supposed to have his cell phone number,he charged me 130 dollars for him doing the test for ever one and today didn’t want to help a family member,told me I’m sorry I can’t help you, really not professional at all mad me feel sick,only caring for the money on hand,not helpful made me feel bad, I hope he is making money not caring about his job and people really sad he don’t care god bless for human like him!!!

My son has not been able to complete his driving portion of the school because of horrible management. He finished the classroom part back in November 2022, here we are in the end of May and I have not been able to get him enough drivings. When I told the clerk that I couldn’t t be coming in person she told me to send my mom or someone else to stand in line for me. I don’t think it’s fair for parents to have to come into the driving school in the morning to get on a list then back at 2pm. Stand in the sun for over an hour just to get three drivings a month. They can simply have a schedule online and save everyone some time. Efficiency and customer service is not a priority for them.

I paid for the driving class for my daughter in full. The written portion of the class my daughter talked about how the instructor showed them all the street racing he did with his motorcycle. I have been trying to schedule her driving portions for months. At first I found out I could only schedule on the last Wednesday of the month. Then whe I tried I could never get through. Finally I told it would be best to come in person but that I could only come it at 2pm. I came on the last Wednesday of the month 15 minutes prior to 2pm and found out that people had been coming all morning and been putting their name on a list that they would be calling off of starting at 2pm. They would not allow anyone inside so all the parents had to stand outside an wait to be called on. So not only was I told incorrect information I also missed out on half of my work day because of this incorrect information and the staff was very unprofessional and rude about it when I addressed the issue. I would never recommend this driving school in the future to anyone.

Paid in full for my son's class. First part in class was done right. Have had nothing but, issues with trying to get the actual drivers part set up as they only answer calls to schedule once a month instead of having it more organized. Have had months where it fills up cause you can't get through with the lines was put on back up list and never called. Been waiting 3 months and still unable to get a driving schedule set up. Will not be recommending this school to anyone its not worth the headaches.
