Okay to be honest, I didnt go in greer but Taylor had me put my review on here. I took my class in the lyman office. My teacher was Jim. I found it weird how I dont learn anything, the whole class time was my group just sharing experiences. We didnt learn rules or signs or anything like that, we simply talked and earned "bonus points" to help us on the test. No one would need bonus points if we actually reviewed the material. Then we went outside to parallel park, which when I had called to find more info on the class, I was told we would specifically not do. That there would be no driving, it would be strictly class time. So I was already ill with my whole experience. Now my driving instructor, was Taylor. Taylor asked if she could vape in the car with me there, she had me go through the Arby's line so she could eat, and then she talked about her family "tea" the whole time. During my first lesson, I drove from Simpsonville to Lyman, and from Lyman to Fountain Inn. That was it. I was scheduled to have my second lesson, today, Friday the 27th of September. Since my first lesson I simply drove Taylor around, my second lesson was supposed to contain all of the maneuvers I need to know for my test that we never go too. Taylor text me and told me that she had a massive headache all day and that she couldnt come get me. 30 minutes, 30 MINUTES before she was supposed to pick me up and my school ended. I didnt check my phone until about 10 minutes before then end of the day, because I was in class. So I had to rush...in my stare of panic...and text my stepmom and tell her what happened. If Taylor had a massive headache, she could have told me more than 30 minutes from when she was supposed to pick me up. Then it was obvious when I told Taylor that my stepmom had called her boss to reschedule, that she was irritated and mad at me. There were so many other side factors in my experience too but I wont write about them, because I have said enough. I honestly would give "no stars" if I could. My whole experience was with unprofessional and immature adults who honestly could have been just a tad bit classier. Now I am having to reschedule with a new and hopefully more put together instructor. I can't say that everyone experiences this, I'm sure it is actually a pretty good school, but I still would not reccomend it. Also, I posted pictures of Taylor's conversation with me. Click "photos" beside my name to see them.
