Outstanding program! I started about 2 weeks ago and John got me ready for my permit test. Had great videos, prompts, and practice test to ensure we pass. Knew everything I need to know. Day 1 of the driving range was great. Both instructors are knowledgeable as well and great coaches. Highly suggest this school for anyone who wants to get their CDL!

My dear friend Yanis (John), new students who come to register will ask you why I left a one-star review. You will come up with something to say to me, like I'm crazy, etc. But you won't tell anyone that you have made people suffer, that you didn't give anyone exam dates, and that you just took the money and never cared about the students again. Instead, you will say that my English is not good enough.
I will slowly write down the arguments. I will also mention that you sent instructors home without paying them. I will write that the school is not approved.
I love you very much, Yanis. You took my $3,500 and my 3.5 months.

Acquired my CDL Class license; with the help of this school. John was always available to communicate with, and the instructor Jeremy was a top quality instructor; he made understanding the skills/knowledge needed, that much easier comprehend. Rushed to get my license in automatic trucks, will return later on to remove my manual restrictions.

They have one truck for every 10 students. You'll spend most of your time waiting around for a truck.

Edit: the reply shows you how ridiculous the owner is. He'll make stuff up in an attempt to discredit my valid criticism while never actually addressing what I said.

There aren't enough trucks for the number of students and he has no scheduling system to ensure that students can access a truck while they're there. Out of multiple 10 hour days on the yard, I got less than a half hour of actual road time and maybe two hours of practice in the parking lot. The rest of the time I waited there doing nothing. I finally accepted sunk costs and quit this terrible school. Now he makes up a ridiculous story about self harm. I can see why there aren't more bad reviews if this is what he does.

This class is not what is advertised. First off, it is NOT a 4 week school. And its a joke that they offer a 3 week “express” option. It could be a 4 week school if they had more instructors and better equipment. But the “impressive fleet” that is mentioned on their website is just 4 trucks. 1 of which isnt even registered so it cant go on the road, another is rented and the company struggles to make payments on it. The 3rd truck has already been in a fatal accident (check the schools adot record) and has severe steering issues. The 4th grey truck is pretty nice though.

The other issue is that its not uncommon for one or more of the trucks to be “down” either for testing at the DMV or for maintenance. There was almost an entire week where one of the trucks was down because it was out of gas and the instructors fuel card wasnt working so they couldnt even fill it up.

The only saving grace of the school is the instructors. Bryan and Jeremy are knowledgeable and are happy to help you if you ask for it. I felt bad for the instructors throughout the driving portion of the class as they were constantly having to rearrange their schedule due to last minute issues arising. There seems to be zero communication between the front office and the driving yard, almost like two entirely separate companies.

This was the smallest of my complaints, but the driving yard has no water or electricity or even shade. In the middle of the AZ summer, the driving range is gonna suck.

2 stars because at the end of the class, I DID get my CDL. It took 6 weeks, and its not because I needed the extra time, but because of the above mentioned issues. Its not uncommon for some students to spend 7-10+ weeks in this class. You will have to be very proactive about your learning if you go to this school, and just pray that the equipment is working.

If you already have your CDL and are just using this company to get your hazmat online, im sure youll be just fine. But this school is shady in its business dealings. Whats advertised on the website is nowhere near what the actual school is. And I would not be surprised if the owner pays google to delete my review. Most of the reviews on here are either paid for or fake anyway.

To conclude, if you have all the time and money in the world, dont mind melting in the AZ heat and just want a laid back class, then sure, this class is for you. If you are taking time off work to go to this class and are under a time or money constraint, pay the little extra money to go to a different/better school. I wish I would have.

Acquired my cdl with the help of this school. John is super knowledgeable. The yard instructor Richard and Dana were very helpful on teaching all I needed to know to pass my MVD exam.
