I had the worst experience in taking the drive test at this place. Been driving in US for so long, just wanted to get 3rd party drivers test done to save some time at DMV office hours visit, but here the very intent was not served, it's far better to get drive test done at DMV as this center is unprofessional, not helpful in any way. Mr Daud was the instructor, purposely stresses out drivers, very rude & has unprofessional means to charge - either we take a practice test or get failed first time to take 2nd attempt summing up for the target amount by any means!!
Parallel parking is the 1st trap-attached picture points that there is an abnormal extension which every new person is bound to guage wrong, it is so carefully chosen to stress out drivers & then afterwards instructor continuously tries to lower the confidence of the drivers. I had very bad experience, did not meet the very purpose for which i had visited this place.

Update to respond to company’s response. Days, I did reach out to you with the number you provided at least three times to try to schedule you as the instructor. No luck whatsoever with a response back from you. I ended up paying for another driving course through Drivers Test Now Driving School at McKinney location. The instructor was AMAZING and my son learned so much even in his first lesson.

Signed up for five- two hour lessons for my son. The first three two hour lessons were all cut short by at least 30-45 minutes. During one of my son’s driving time, the instructor, Dipu gave someone else a driving test while my son just sat in the office. During the short three lessons he did receive, my son literally drove down Eldorado and back with no driving instruction at all, like if you need to turn left, there is a dedicated turn lane. Dipu was on his phone the majority of my son’s road!! We did not finish the remaining time there, since it was such a waste of time. I am baffled as to how they have good reviews! I wasted $600 for them to gain money and the consumer to get absolutely nothing in return. Horrible service!

Mr. Hadi has been my instructor for the training.He is so friendly; taught the technicalities with profound patience, enhanced my confidence in each step.I am very very grateful that I got a chance to drive under his supervision.He has been simply superb and excellent!!
I, as a new driver, went to the driving school with a lot of anticipation and apprehension - but everybody there (Mr. Hadi , Mr. Daud Ahmed, Mr. Mohammed) have been very very welcoming and kind. In addition, they were very flexible, understanding and punctual in terms of timing and very prompt in arranging the training time slot as soon as possible. I would surely recommend this school for taking the driving courses.
