Absolutely horrible doctor. My new insurance assigned her as my PCP so I switched over to her and she was absolutely rude and dismissive. I’ve been diabetic and dealt with hbp and insulin resistance due to PCOS so I took ozempic and metformin as prescribed by my previous doctor with successful results. Literally every issue resolved itself and stayed that way along with a Mediterranean diet and light exercise.
This new doctor ran labs and said I was fine and didn’t need them anymore she refused to prescribe me the medication I had been taking for almost 2 years at that point. Needless to say I gained weight, A1C worsened, and bp came right back up along with PCOS symptoms. I told her being off this medication was detrimental to my health and she said she had visited poor countries with little to no food and that they don’t have fat people. Starts telling me her daily meals so I stop her and tell her the difference is I deal with diabetes/insulin resistance and she responded “yeah most fat people do.”
Unprofessional and absolutely dangerous how little she cares about her patients. She was rude to the nurses working there too.
Wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.

Is urgent that patients of Elizabeth Eddy Bertrand Read. I have been a customer for family Practice since they opened. Recently I made the biggest mistake to have Dr Elizabeth-Eddy Bertrand as my PCP. In my 65 years of life I’ve never encountered a Dr as rude, unprofessional, uncaring, dirty, money hungry as this woman. I had a very bad allergic reaction to Rosubastatin. I told her my experience with this med. She insisted I should take it or I should die of a heart attack soon. I asked her if she was aware of the studies done by very credible institutions and this medication has been taken of the shelves years ago. Because this medication is causing so much damage to people than good. She Instead of validating my experience that took me to the ER. She called me crazy and that she was prescribing it to hundreds of patients. Etc etc etc. She gets money from big farma every time she writes a prescription. She is greedy disgusting ? Unchristian dirty Dr. please find another Dr. she only cares about her expensive house and car. Run away from this kind of doctors. With out clients they are nothing. Eat right and exercise that way will get these drs out of business.

I feel like I found a beautiful treasure in Dr Eddy! She is very pleasant, but she's also extremely focused on patients. It amazes' me, how fast she is processing a tone of information: diagnosis and the solution. And I assure you she's going to make the best choice for you. she's is the most patient, detailed and makes sure you understand everything. She participates honestly in your happiness, when you are doing well and puts all her powerful knowledge, to bring you to the point of wellness.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eddy's for 25 years. She has seen me through several health issues and has ALWAYS been attentive, compassionate, and professional. I moved out of the area a few years ago and still resume her as my primary. I am a grateful patient. AND the office staff, all of them, have been wonderful!

This doctor is money hungry. And she loves to preach the bible to her patients. My husband and I went in for our annual physical exams, which is covered through my insurance. Somehow, I still ended up paying over $130 for our annual physical blood work to be done. This is preventative care, covered through my insurance. Yet, I was charged. On top of that, my husband calls in to discuss the results of his blood work, and the office then bills my insurance a claim for a "long office visit". He spoke to the doctor on the phone for 2 minutes, and then they bill $181. I have never had such a money-hungry doctor before. There are doctors out there who practice actual ethics, will call you for your follow up blood-work without charging anything because that's protocol, and will not preach the bible to you during your initial appointment. Highly unethical doctor and office.

Terrible wait times and when you finally do see the Dr. all you get is dismissive hurried behavior. She doesn't listen, she doesn't care, and then she brings up god. I have never been so dissapointed in a physican in my life. Without getting political, let me just say this doctor went against the scientific community and really dissapointed me in every way. Instead of referring me to a specialist, I was esentially told I would be prayed for. Please keep church and office visits separate but most importantly don't ignore your patient's and their plights. On a brighter note, I was able to find a most wonderful doctor and was able to be treated.

Dr. Ohkovat is my husband’s PCP, and he displays professionalism and thoroughness in my husband’s care, ordering an in-office EKG on the spot when hub’s Apple Watch a-fib heart alarm was going off.
If you ever have to wait for Dr. O, it’s probably because he was giving excellent care to a patient. Today, that was us!
My husband feels that Dr. O listens to his concerns and respects his intelligence. We are continuing with the practice as our Primary care provider.

She been my Doctor for since 2004 so its 18 yrs now I even referred her to my husband. She is very religious person, knowledgeable, very professional, she like a Psychiatrist to me too thats how i feel, sometimes there’s disgration between me & my hubby thats okay. For me she do it with care, my doctor is not that perfect but I like the way she approach me & my husband and she do it how she get train to be a doctor. Her staff is very friendly and polite, professional she have a new crew or assistant so i would say i will highly recommended her to the acquaintances or friends. I did trust her for so long so why not.
