I’ve been bringing my children to Dr. Hall for approximately 11 months and herself and staff has been awesome.... I call for an appointment the latest I’ve waited was the very next day... when you arrive her staff is the sweetest from the receptionist to triage, they are all very comforting my children love them. And yes if Dr. Hall has a lot of patients that day then yes your wait is a little longer than you may want it to be, but she have so many activities for the children in the room that we don’t really realize how long we been sitting there. We play with the letters and/or numbers floor mat, we ready the big bag of books she have sitting in the table, or we play tea time or restaurant in the little kitchen set she has in the room.. so the wait time don’t seem long at all for me and my babies... Dr. Hall and her staff is a pleasure and even my 14 year old (who is autistic) and my 5 year old, are always excited to go see her... In my 5 years old voice, “mommy I love Dr. Hall”

Been with Dr. Hall for 11 years now. Today was the worse experience I had. I understand precautions bc of Covid but me and my children sat outside for an hour. Yes completely forgotten about. Not sure of whom this new young lady is with the braids, she is very rude and unprofessional. She blurted out without any concern “Oh I didn’t know nor did I take the call”. First off apologize, regardless if you did or didn’t do it, it’s call customer service. Its called common curiosity. Just this experience alone makes me wanna switch pediatricians. Who wanna drive for 30 mins just to sit for an hour to be forgotten about.

I really hate to write this review but I think potential parents planning to bring their children to Dr Hall need to be given a heads up. I have been taking my children to Dr Hall for maybe 2 years. I personally do not have an issue with staff nor Dr Hall herself. I do however have had problems with scheduling and wait times. I think appointments are being overbooked and they do not have enough staff to meet their needs. I previously have been scheduled for lab work, to just show up and get told that their phlebotomist isn't there until a later time - this didn't sit well with me because they had no record of my children even needing lab work. But i still gave them another chance. rescheduled. Today I took my daughter for her appointment, we arrived early and were really excited to be called back within 5 minutes of arriving. However, we waited for 30 mins in the room and the doctor was not available. We eventually just left without being seen
I take my time and my child's time serious and i expect others to respect it. I really think that Dr Hall needs maybe another PT Dr or nurse practitioner to help her out. I am now seeking a new Dr due to the poor time management skills at Pearl Pediatrics.

I took my son in for a basketball injury on Thursday, June 6, 2019. She referred him to a specialist. I haven’t been able to make the appointment because Dr. Pearl and her staff are unable to provide the official referral paperwork required by Aetna. If you LOVE your children; avoid at all cost. The office is not up to par and her staff is incompetent.

Dr. Hall has been our pediatrician for over 13 years. She is knowledgeable, patient and caring. I have two children with exceptionalities and she is well versed in medical and therapeutic treatments and interventions. She has been a blessing to our family.

The Dr. is very intelligent, however the wait with an appointment is ridiculous. you will spent at least 2.5 hrs here. Then for some odd reason they don't take patients in on Wednesday because the Dr. is "OFF" wth? so only really opened on MON, TUES, THURS, AND FRIDAY. THAT'S JUST DUMB. So I'm definitely switching pediatricians.

Pleasant experience staff is great ! Dr. Angela Hall is very knowlegable and always has my child feeling better in no time . I haven't experienced any problems at their facility .

Best pediatrician in GA. Easy to schedule appointments and the staff are very friendly. We moved a year ago and I have yet to find a pediatrician as good as Dr. Hall
