I highly recommend NP. Samantha Dunn. She is always attentive to my needs and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate her respect for my time, as she always ensures appointments are timely and efficient. Her dedication and compassion make her an exceptional physician! I don't wanna be “ that” person however here goes.
First off , I love Nicole and Samantha!
That being said , the front help was of NO help.
I take care of my mother who’s 80 and in a wheel chair. Signed her in early using my phone only to be told by the front end to use kiosk .

Take a picture ! You've got to be kidding me!!
She uses a wheelchair! ?

Trying to stand her up , when the lens is set for someone standing ? ( Good lord).

( meanwhile … theres 3 people in your office)

What?! Wait…. 2 people came in after AND checked right in!! ( there's something wrong here…?‍♀️)

Please think twice about your kiosk!!

Especially when it comes to the elderly.

I was in the waiting room, barely long enough to use the bathroom, everybody was polite, kiosk check-in was simple, wasn’t just pushed medication as a bandaid. Good experience with Samantha and nurse Nicole.

I worked in the medical field for 9 years. I can say for certain that this clinic has questionable billing practices. They have attempted billing me as a self pay patient 2 times even though my insurance was on file. I just got charged for services from a year ago! Billing claimed they didn’t have my insurance on file. I’m working with customer service (I had to call 3 times to reach someone willing to listen) to get things resolved. They did see inconsistencies on the back end. Luckily I have claim numbers proving insurance was billed and I wasn’t supposed to pay anything for the visit. I’m only giving an additional star because I loved working with Erica J Smith and I wish she went to a different clinic.
