I used Behind the Wheel. Immediate response to all communication... right up until my credit card cleared. After that, the only way to get a response was to hit his email, text, voicemail, and website contact form on the same day.

I'd always start with an initial round of normal communication and then wait a few days. This was the only protocol that worked, and I had to use it three or four different times.

We have used Behind the Wheel for two of our children. Mark did an amazing job! Our girls felt comfortable with the instructors, scheduling was easy, and communication was excellent. Both walked away feeling more confident in their driving skills. I highly recommend Behind the Wheel.

Timmy was a great driving instructor. Within the past 5 days I not only received my license but was able to purchase a vehicle all because he taught me how to overcome my fear of driving and trust my instincts/abilities. Forever grateful for him and Marc for being awesome instructors and believing I could do it when I didn’t.

Outstanding experience from start to finish at BTW! Per my 16 year old son, the online class was informative, engaging and “didn’t seem as long as it actually was.” One of the driving sections happened to be on a very rainy day which afforded my son invaluable instruction during “the elements.” Marc’s ability to relate to a teenager while teaching was seamless and made the experience for my son first class. I will definitely be signing my youngest son up next!

After getting a DMV tester who was lazy & hated his job fail my son within 30 seconds just so he could go back inside, we went to Behind the Wheel and they delivered! We quickly got tested and my son easily passed. We are so pleased with their services, that I bought drivers lession as a gift for a neighbor who just turned 15. Their prices are lower than 911 (who my older son did classes with), so I feel good that I got a great deal.
BTW was also much more accommodating than 911 was for us.
Thank you for being professional, unlike the jerk at DMV who even trash talked his own boss & coworkers.
If your reading reviews to consider which drivers school is right for your child, you found it! I even got a discount on my car insurance for sending my son to a drivers ed school.

After trying two other local driving schools with our first two daughters, we transferred our third daughter to Behind the Wheel. Mark did a great job and, most importantly, our daughter truly liked him. He understands student drivers, taught her skills our other daughters never learned, and let her drive in a wide variety of situations and circumstances so her confidence grew. Highly recommend Behind the Wheel for being an excellent resource for parents and student drivers! 10/10!!

Behind the Wheel was a great driving school for me. I always felt safe in the car with my driving instructor. He was good organized and tried his best to fit his schedule around mine. Mr. Marc Hall made the classes fun and explained everything in simple ways and made sure I would understand everything. I would definitely recommend this driving school to anyone!
