I am astonished by the level of professionalism and standard of patient-centred care at this facility. I am currently here as a placement diploma nursing student, and so far, my experience here has been phenomenal.

First of all, every receptionist has been very easy to interact with and have taught me how to make an appointment and confirm private billing with the patient, as well as following up with appointments booking, clinical test results and uploading referral letter.

Additionally, all the doctors have extensive experience and knowledge in their field of expertise and scope of practice, which I was very impressed with looking at their credentials. The nurses, on the other hand, have instructed me to observe them in a very friendly manner and have informed me of their nursing skills in a way that was very easy to understand.

All I can say is that now I know why this facility has approx. 4.5 stars, when many of the other private clinics I have been to have around 3 stars, with some having a 4 star rating. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, as many clients I have seen personally leave the facility with smiles on their faces.

Dr. Ben was outstanding—his professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my entire appointment. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the treatment options clearly, and answer all my questions. I highly recommend this clinic.

The receptionist, Betty, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to solve any issues I had and made sure everything went smoothly. It's always nice to be greeted by someone so kind and professional.

Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Derrick Ha! He is very thorough and covered all possibilities. As a patient, I feel like my concerns were listened to and not dismissed like past experiences at other clinics. Bonus is the doctors seem to run on time!
