I have been a patient at CityMed Medical Clinic for some time now, and I can’t say enough about the amazing care they provide. Our family GP, Dr. Elham Mansorian, is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. My children adore her because she is always so kind and patient with them, which makes visits to the doctor a much more pleasant experience.

In addition to being a fantastic family doctor, Dr. Mansorian also offers cosmetic injection services. I have personally received these treatments, and I am extremely happy with the results. Her expertise in both general practice and cosmetic procedures makes her an invaluable asset to the clinic. I highly recommend CityMed Medical Clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care for their family.

I have been a patient of Citymed since it opened some 5 years ago and was previously a patient of Amir’s too.
I’ve had some life threatening health issues and he dealt with them confidently and efficiently. I am so grateful to have him caring for me.
Being in his early 40’s he is well experienced and up to date with the latest medical advances.
The free parking under his rooms is convenient too.

I tried to get an appointment with my usual clinic in Sth Melbourne but they were booked out for a week. I booked with CityMed and I am glad I did, I saw Dr Amir and he was amazing! The price was better too, so this will be my new clinic from now on. Thanks Doc

I’ve never met a doctor as caring and responsible as Dr James… He’s the real doctor, who listened to patient carefully with empathy, and gave everything the patient needed for the medical condition. Thank you so much. (I can also remember the doctors I saw in this clinic before are extremely helpful as well. This is a clinic with very high standards)

My Partner and I were lucky enough to meet Dr Amir and Sharon, the Practice Manager and followed them to Citymed 5 years ago. They are gold!! Sharon is so well organised and Amir is the best GP we’ve ever had. Everyone in the practice is empathetic and efficient. I couldn’t recommend Amir more highly. Thank you for your care.

I had a session with Dr.Elham and she was so kind and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with her and had a great experience as a patient. Happy to find her in the city. She also speaks persian.

Really disappointed with the care I received from Sth Melb medical centre - not only was I prescribed a vaccination that I did not ask for but I was turned away when I complied with instructions to get a different prescription filled as the doctor had prescribed something that had been discontinued. The nurse practitioner there was condescending and implied I must have misunderstood my conversation with my Gp and therefore I had been prescribed medication that I had not asked for and then refused to administer my vaccine because apparently I had taken too long to come back with a filled prescription that had to be redone due to prescribing error and they were “about to close”. Supposedly I had taken thirty minutes to come back when my script had only been sent out at 4:40pm, and I had returned ten minutes later at 4:50pm. Wasted my time and energy. Incredibly disappointed at this clinic as I then had to pay a further $30 on top of the $40 gp visitation fee to get vaccinated by the pharmacy next door instead. This nurse practitioner on every occasion has been bad to deal with - if you lack empathy for patients you probably shouldn’t be working in healthcare. Will not be going back here again.
