Pense que necesitaba tratamiento hormonal. La Dra Patel fue muy sincera con sus sugerencias. Me senti muy comoda con sus respuestas y aclaraciones.

Dr. Patel is a nice person and doctor, but she is oblivious to the trauma that Dr. Brown-Graham is causing among her patients. She is dismissive of it with other concerns I brought up during my visits. I believe my experience would have been completely different if Dr. Patel was there to deliver my baby, but her business partner is a monster and leaving her patients at risk, and she's doing nothing about it.

Dr. Patel is the kind of doctor I'd like to see as my PCP and not just once per year. As a new patient, my wait was a bit long but the visit was worth the wait. As soon as the doctor stepped into the room and greeted me, I immediately felt relaxed & comfortable. She was very detailed, asked a lot of relevant questions and gave me good advice. I did not feel rushed and I got a feeling that Dr. Patel genuinely cared abt my well-being.
I must add that the all the staff I encountered were well mannered, pleasant & caring.
