One star is way too generous. The reception staff are awful, some are pleasant some are rude, but none seem to know what they are doing. My prescription has been sent to the wrong chemist, it's been left for pick up because they don't read what chemist I have chosen, didn't get a repeat prescription once because I called my medicine by another name. I have witnessed patients receiving other people's prescriptions. I have witness people come in for their appointment with the time and date on their gp app, and told they were wrong, the older woman with dark hair was so rude. Sadly logan practice has taken over my previous surgery, so was forced to join. They are a shambles, and to think we need to rely on them for health issues is scary. Even the chemist's and opticians are finding them a nightmare. But who do we complain to No one is interested.

Tried to book an appointment over the phone, receptionist was extremely rude, telling me that they don’t take appointments over the phone, don’t understand why not, but that’s fair. She didn’t have to be so rude about it though. Seems like this is an ongoing issue reading other reviews

Awful practice..infamous locally for being worst at Houldsworth. Totally disgusted with lack of care offered. Doesn't even deserve 1 star would be minus if possible ratings wise!! Avoid at all costs..

Absolutely disgusting service to the public. As a Healthcare worker myself I understand the pressures on the NHS right now but the way these practice manages their patient care is absolutely neglectful. Stay away as far as you can from them.

Absolute joke of a practice won't even let you book an appointment unless you phone at certain time when people actually have to work n can't just drop everything to spend hour trying to get an answer.

First thing is that this practice used to be one of the best but in last 3-4 years it has went down hill. Now After 48 years with Dr Logan"s practice I have sadly left the practice due to being unable to see a Doctor & also the shocking attitude from the girls on the phone & at the front desk who do not help you in anyway shape or form

Diagnosed my chest pain as health anxiety. This went on for a few years with multiple appointments. The pain started going through my chest to my back and once again I was diagnosed with health anxiety. I obviously knew something was wrong but I knew it wasn't anxiety. I'm the first person to tell you to never Google your symptoms but at this stage I've had enough. I googled "non cardiac chest pain" and I read about a common bacteria called helicobacter pylori. Test kit bought from Amazon and guess what I'm positive. Treated with antibiotics and after YEARS of suffering the pain is GONE. This wasn't like it was just one or two doctors, I think I seen most of them at one stage or another. I realise now I should have been sent for an upper endoscopy and this would have correctly diagnosed me, why I was never sent for this I'll never know.

The girls on the phones are very unprofessional, and so rude. I phoned asking for an appointment, after just registering with them a few weeks ago. The response I got was in such a rude manner, I had to tell her to stop, breathe and to stop being so bloody rude as you could hear her shouting from down the street. Even my 80 year old grandad could hear her even with his hearing problems. Bottom line is, she explained that they don’t take bookings on the phone and that I had to book online, sounds to me they don’t like the bother of booking them in themselves. So if I could give any recommendation to anyone reading this, don’t register with this practice, especially if your the type of person who appreciates customer service!
