el personal muy malo, las secretarias nunca atienden las llamadas y cuando lo hacen te ponen en espera y nunca responden, Tampoco llaman devuelta. Hemos notado que tampoco hacen su trabajo como deben. Muy groseras y poco profesionales de su parte. Muy lamentable que Dr. Torres tenga tan poco profesional secretarias. Merece mejor la clinica.

I absolutely love this office from the staff to Dr Torres and APRN Jennifer. They have always taken good care of me. Appointments are made with ease. And I've never had a problem getting my refills called in.

A nurse by the name of Naomi in the infusion department was terrible and so rude when it came time for my mother's appointment. So my mother's appointment was at 11am today but didn't inform to me on Friday that she had to be there at 8:30am decided to turn my mother down and had nerve to call and argue with me for no reason then starts talking poorly of my family and how it's not her problem my mother who is blind struggles to find a way to make it to her appointments then stated she wasn't on time but yet her appointment was at 11:15am and had nerve not to even explain as to why she has to be there so early if her infusion isn't put in until close to 11am. I get told it takes 5 hours, so if it does why can't it be done on her scheduled time! Now my poor mother is in search of a better facility then this one.

Staff messed up my appointment. Instead of owning it, they made me come back after lunch. I tried to go run and errand to kill the time but called when there were a couple people ahead of me in line. They said no problem but then turned me away when I got there. They were ordering me around like a dog and when I stood up for myself they talked to me like a child. Not cool when they expect grace but can't give it...

Dr. Torres office always accommodates me when I have severe pain. He has been educating me on proper diet for arthritis with inflammation of the joints for approximately 15 years. Can't say enough good about him and his staff. Know others with severe arthritis that has gotten long term releif.

I’ve seen this man not even ONE time since I’ve been under his care. My first visit I saw his nurse practitioner who check my joints THROUGH my crocs…how is that even a thing. Then I’ve called for weeks and left messages due to my condition and have yet to receive single phone call back then when I do get someone on the phone I’m left on hold for so long I just hang up. If you are unable to do your job let it be known. I’ve worked with far more renowned RA doctors who are in high demand and they still made time to see me due to my condition being very different from usual. What do I look like paying you 50 dollars if I’m late but if your late coming back from lunch 25 minutes past my schedule appt time it’s just “oh he’s very busy” this is THE WORSTTTTTT care I’ve ever received and I’m at my wits end with it.

EDIT TO ADD: A month later I’m still waiting for them to complete simple tasks. The front desk staff is below average. I’ve been waiting almost a month for a medication authorization called my insurance to make sure they received it nope they are STILL waiting mean while I am in the middle of a high risk pregnancy and they know the risk of me going without medication could result in a less than desirable outcome yet here I am calling almost daily getting the same old run around. If my pregnancy ends poorly I will gladly drag this office to court no questions asked cause the issues I’m having now all my other doctors agree are preventable with help from my rheumatologist but simple paperwork sends this group into a tizzy. I can not wait to be switched over
