Dr. April Frater is an excellent doctor. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and very responsive and very helpful in resolving my current issue . She explained what is going on with my health and she treated me with medication and adjusted the dosage considering my overall health. She is friendly, caring and listening and understanding Primary Care doctor. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends

No photos to show on this post except these words of experience. I am 59. Retired. Relocated from Nashville Tennessee. Went to Wake Med Primary in my newly adopted hometown of Cary. Good experience, first physician, she was AWESOME but went on maternity leave. Had a scheduled check up and met, treated and advised by Dr. April Frater. She was totally open, she listened and she solved, still some things going naturally that she has on a treatment path. WILL PICK UP THE PHONE and call you one on one, unfreaking; unbelievable, in my opinion?. Takes a genuine and a HONEST approach to my well-being❤️She relocated back to her brand spanking new offices in Fuquay-Varina and just had follow up with them and will tell you this....beautiful brand new Wake Med Complex. Can't say enough words about this wonderful Physician EXCEPT ONE thing that adds to the whole experience....Shauna?. From the appointment setting to the face to face, old school and genuine personality and care. I leave there feeling up and blessed by Shauna and her presence.

I am rambling but can't say enough but when it comes to Healthcare, sometimes one must call a spade a spade. Keep on keeping on yall. American medicine and health-care have lost this art of caring on a one to one level. Unique

Dr. Frater is amazing and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. She is extremely thorough and understanding, compassionate, and accepting of mental health. The office is very clean and the staff is kind. I’m very happy to have found a new primary care physician office so close to home!

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Frater takes care and truly listens to you and your concerns. I was extremely impressed and pleased with how professional but caring in how we were treated. The receptionist was wonderful. I can't say enough great things.
