Dr. Kleyn is the best doctor ever! His competence, knowledge and decision making ability is unmatched. Dr. Kleyn makes himself available 24/7. His medical assistants and front desk personnel are very friendly and also caring. We are blessed to have Dr. Kleyn as our internist. I highly recommend!

The Doctor's in this office are all beyond excellent! Dr Kleyn and Doris has been taking care of me for many years; they have what I call clinical eye! They can detect things even before the exam comes back just to reaffirm. Thanks to their sincere care and support I feel at peace having them, and highly recommend them! The office staff is also very nice and helpful all the time. Thank you Dr Kleyn, Doris and all the staff, wish you a wonderful and blessed New Year!

Everybody is very nice. Scheduling appointments for routine care and check ups was fine. It's just too difficult to make an appointment when you do have an issue. A larger practice, where I can get in quickly if needed is best for me.

This place charged by $200 for a visit saying that they could not accept my insurance. I have an HSA, so I paid the amount as I desperately needed a specific medication for an upcoming trip. After following up multiple times for a receipt, they finally sent me some type of paper work, but it did not show that I paid $200. My HSA only approved $72, meaning they not only overcharged me $128 but they also ended up billing my insurance after all! What a scam! Beware visiting this doctor's office.

I love my Doctor. Dr Kleyn is amazing! He always takes great care of me, he is very thoughtful and also has a great sense of humor. Every time I go to the office the staff always makes me feel good too. Overall, I highly recommend him for sure! Thank you Dr Kleyn for everything.

Very very frustrated… I cannot give even 1 star review. He’s unprofessional disrespectful and undisciplined person with really irresponsible reception people.
The secretary / receptionist play game in a very rude and mean way while you’re going there as a client. There is no respect to your time and schedule!
I had waited for 3 hours! Just to get my paperwork signed by Dr. Ilya Kleyn and I got frustrated with the time waiting from 4:30 to 7pm and at the end doctor was so abusive! He threw the paperwork on my face just because I got mad with that much waiting time; it ended up with me calling 911.. it’s not gonna benefit me if you believe or not but don’t wast your time and money there. There are many many nice and knowledgeable doctors in nyc…
I haven’t seen any doctor office like this for my whole life in this country!!!
