Absolutely horrible establishment. Only came since my mother changed her insurance as a favor to her friend and this is the garbage clinic that was assigned to her. Lauri is dismissive and does not explain anything properly. My mother is 73 years old and is becoming forgetful so I come to her appointments with her and the doctor refuses to explain anything to me directly. Front
Desk receptionist should be fired immediately. Absolutely rude and belittling. Will be changing insurance back to her old one just to never come back here again and have her receive proper care. Avoid if possible

Dr. Lauri An is a good doctor and he cares for his patients well. I am sure he is really passionate person as doctors. But, the receptionist woman who got the phone call (1/21/2021, 12 pm-1 pm) was so unkind to new patients. I was really shocked by her attitude. She stops me saying and only says what she wants to say. Also, she didn't explain the insurance policy properly to the patient and just she said the hospital's not accepting new patients right now. It was so rude... I guess she is in the 40s to 50s ages (I am not sure). It was one of the terrible experiences in my life anyway. To Dr. An, please hire a new receptionist....... To new patients, If you don't want to ruin your day, AVOID that receptionist. She thinks she's a doctor or a professional nurse lol

First time visited Dr.An's office with my wife. So far Doctor An and her Husband Doctor are excellent . She promise me 100 years life to me if listen to her .

She and her husband seriously lack medical knowledge. I had symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, and her husband called me in midst of pandemic, told me that I needed to self-train in order to control the symptoms and there is no medications for that. I visited another physician through my school and she prescribed me some TCA meds that eliminated my IBS. I feel like it is not right for family med docs to not be able to offer meds for such common problems like IBS. Honestly even just by talking to them, I feel they operate this medical office to earn income and give referrals out to specialists, instead of treating patients.
