Dr. Toledo is by far the best dentist my child had the opportunity to be helped by.

We have gone to many other pediatrics dentist, and they will say anything for you to come into their practice and once there and after X-Ray back track on the procedure's requested from initial conversation.

Dr.Toledo was honest and empathetic from the very beginning. She took the time to explain any procedure we needed to do with our child and/or impact if not followed through. She did not push us for anything we did not needed like other dentist office. Dr.Toledo needed to operate on my child which was very successful and she was transparent of everything to be done and later what was done.

To any parent, I would recommend Dr.Toledo over any other dentist any day. She really does care about her patients health. Above all she has a very professional support staff. It has been a godsend to have found Dr.Toledo in time to address a very urgent and needed procedure for our child

Dr Toledo is such a great doctor. She saw my son after an incorrect diagnosis at the hospital and was lovely explaining and showing us just what was going on with him. Her entire staff was very welcoming and explained all their costs seeing as they did not take my insurance. They made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.

Had sleeping problems for 3 years. Literally couldn’t get more than 30 minutes of sleep due to a chronic breathing problem that was caused by a virus I picked up in the Amazon. Long story short I went to every specialist posible and no one was able to figure out why I couldn’t breathe at night. Dr. Toledo after just one visit literally changed my life. Forever grateful for her and her staff.

I just want to start off by saying that the doctor herself is a good dentist and I do not have anything against her. But i would not recommend this practice at all to anyone in fact i would tell everyone to beware of this office solely because of the front office staff. Specifically Maria, who i just spoke to, i am in the process of transferring to another office so i called to have records transferred. Maria asked me multiple times of why i was transferring because according to her that is a very rare occurrence. In my opinion that is a very personal question and not anyones business. When i asked her to have them transferred she was very evasive with me and was speaking in a condescending tone the entire time. Actually she told me that she had to see if it was “worth it” first. Regardless if i was there once or ten times those are my personal records that i am allowed to have. I still have not gotten a direct answer if she will send it or not. I just want to let everyone know that they should be wary of scheduling an appointment here.

I'm not sure why my old review won't disappear. I took it down 2 minutes later (meant to put it for my primary doctor). I just had a major surgery done by Dr. Toldedo and am having way less pain than anyone could have reasonably expected for what I needed done. Very complex case. She's a sweetheart and I feel really bad about the mistaken first rating.

Worst Clinic that i have ever been, they just want to make money. They do unnecessary x-rays and incorrect diagnosis. they gave me the incorrect information about the insurance coverage to sell there product by saying that insurance will cover some for there product. They will take really long time to process your insurance even tho they know that it will not cover anything and block your repots. they takes your pain as advantage that you will take treatment with them. You have to go to other clinic and take the tests again and you have to pay at both the places.
