I went with a strained back and he casually sat back in his chair and shook his head, I said why are you shaking your head, his reply was he didn't believe me, An absolute joke of a Dr

Few years ago I had a terrible headache and my vision split. He refused to see me and told me to go to an optician, they sent me straight to hospital and hospital diagnosed I had a stroke.
Last few times I've called, the receptionist has said he won't see me, won't give me antibiotics and said it was because of diabetes and to lose wait.

1 star is too much. Absolute charlatan doctor. Doesn't listen to patients instead cuts them off and talks over them. Has a total disregard for patients, particularly concerning mental health issues. Only let me speak for 30 seconds, then he talked over me, cut me off, sent me on my way. Left feeling helpless. I know Im not the only one to get this treatment. Avoid like plague.

If there would have been negative star I would prefer that. Dr Frenschock is a person who should not be in practice as he is threat to lives of people. I am suffering from HIgh Blood Pressure and shifted to this surgery recently , my previous doctor referred me to consultant , I could not get the letter of appointment because of change of address , when I contacted Dr Frenschock he showed abusive behaviour towards me and throw me out of surgery. He refused to send my referral again and refused to treat me as alleged that I missed the appointment, so don't need treatment. He did not listened why I was not able to attend the appointment. Surgery staff advsied me to change the surgery but due to COVID -19 unable to change the surgery , so suffering because of refsual of tretament by Dr Frenschock .

I would give no stars if possible...

This practice should be avoided. Having visited this practice on the 29th of Nov at 10.30am with my 3 week old son who was having difficulty breathing and coughing really bad. He had also reduced his feed dramatically. The doctor looked him over ( took his temp, listened to his chest and examined his throat) he then prescribed paracetamol to be taken 3 times a day at 2.5ml. This really didn't sit well with myself and maybe if this was my first child i would have listened to the doctor but something told me otherwise. Fast forward a few hours I decided to take my son to A &E to be told my son has bronchilitis and thrush inside his mouth. The signs for bronchilitis his are wheezing and reduced feeding and that it's bronchilitis season. My son is on oxygen to help him breathe and is being fed through a feeding tube. He was also given treatment for the thrush he has in his mouth. My baby showed all signs for bronchilitis yet Dr Frenschock didn't spot these. Be prescribed paracetamol for a suspected fever at 37° never gave me an explanation as to why my son was coughing and struggling for breathe. He even laughed at my son when he was coughing and making a gagging noise because of the amount of mucus he had up his nose and down into his stomach which was sucked out when we got to A & E...I dread to think what would have happened if I'd have listened to this "doctor".

very unhelpful doctor, makes you feel extremely uncomfortable also!! i have been back and fourth at this doctor with the same problem for over a year and he has started to refuse to see me or prescribe me anything which is not a doctors job!!!!!!! do not recommend at all

Unprofessional and uncaring , called for antibiotics for my son following instructions from surgeon who had carried out procedure , surgeon gave my son 1 weeks supply and was advised to get the 2nd week from GP , Dr Frenshock refused therefore my son is now at risk of recurring infection , I have placed a call to GG&Clyde Healthboard and also sent a letter to GMC , this man should not be practicing.
