Best surgeon out there. Was able to fix my shoulders in 2017. I would 100% go back to him if ever needed. And would recommend him to everyone. Follow up care was fantastic, everyone in the office was fantastic.

Dr. Naidoo is an exemplary surgeon as well as a caring and very knowledgeable physician. His attention to detail, listening skills and problem analysis were better than any doctor I have visited.
He successfully reconstructed my wife's shoulder a year ago and her full recovery with aggressive therapy is nothing short of miraculous. Pain free, full range of motion.
I have personally seen him for diagnosis of numbness and pain in my arm and he had the appropriate tests and imaging ordered to confirm his initial thoughts of a spinal neck problem as the source. He referred me to a fantastic neurosurgeon who guided me through the protocols of treatment and eventual fully successful surgery. Finally, he discussed stem cell treatment as a method of improving surgical recovery time and effectiveness. I have not felt this good in a very long time. I strongly recommend Dr. Naidoo and his associates and would not hesitate to engage his services again if needed.

I never really write reviews but having read Helen's review and seeing the 3.5 rating I was very disappointed. Two years ago I had a fall at home resulting in my entire left side- shoulder, knee and foot totally incapacitated. Having been admitted to Palms West Hospital no one there was willing to touch my knee. They told me the fracture I had was one of the worst they had seen and that they would refer me to the best surgeon ever. They told me he was the best in this area of specialty. I met Dr Naidoo two days after hospitalization and two and a half years later to my mind HE STILL is THE BEST!! My prognosis was not great, with a grade 6 tibia plateau fracture, a left tibia that was split vertically in three places from knee to ankle, a dislocated left shoulder and broken humerus. The outlook was not looking pretty and I was supposed to be out for a long time, with multiple surgeries and a proposed total knee replacement at a young age. However, with God's intervention through the awesome expertise and care of Dr. Naidoo I am totally recovered, and no knee replacement, no metal anywhere in my foot. This Dr is absolutely the best. His professionalism and bedside manners par excellence. He respects his patients and has their best interest at heart. I am so glad I was referred to him, and for the year I was under his care, I only have PRAISE for him. A healing process that should have taken 2 years took nine months. He came to me highly recommended and based on my experience I am highly recommending him to anyone who needs work done on their knee.

Dr. Naidoo is a very competent surgeon and a caring person. He took excellent care of my Mom who is 89 when she broke her hip. My only reason for not giving excellent rating is their phone system... a call after 3PM should not tell the calller that their lunch times vary daily. Makes you wonder when to call back!!

Dr Naidoo is an incredible doctor and surgeon. His work is cutting edge and far superior to other Orthopedic Surgeons I have used in the past. I have undergone several surgeries with Dr Naidoo and each one was successful and my recovery was swift. Dr Naidoo is patient and takes his time to explain your treatment options, and makes sure you understand. He is a great doctor and a wonderful person.

Doc is the best. He helped successfully my grandpa's hip, my two shoulder surgeries all were perfect. Love this dr. Never had an issue with staff. It is the patients that leave bad reviews that have the issue. I could not have asked for a more compassionate, educated, and most important, amazing surgeon. Thanks you doc.

Great Doctor! Very professional and compassionate. He has great credentials and bedside manners. Those who gave him lower ratings should be ashamed to punish the doctor with such a caliber as Dr. Naidoo. Stupid inconsiderate reviewed written in anger over billing or phone issue can hurt good doctor opinion which is a rare find in Florida. People like that mislead those who would end up with a real professional and have great clinical outcome. Instead they may end up with a bad surgeon but with nice office staff and get messed up for life. Just like I did. I saw very nice office staff and very incompetent doctors in last 7 yrs in Florida.
Doctors cannot protect themselves from morons posting stupid comments irrevelant to what being a doctor is about. Doctor is not a phone operator or scheduler or medical assistant and if he or she dares to refuse to care over crazy patients they got scrutinized by them in retaliation. There is no defense to that. I had seen many cruel opinion on doctors I had seen and had nothing than great things to say about their professionalism. Doctor office is not a place where you get free massage, wine and cheese and extra promotional discount. You go there to get medical expertise. Who cares over some low level employee who come and go and have nothing to do with your clinical outcome. Doctors have no clue majority of the time who those people are because they always kiss ass and Doctor is to busy to do profiling.
Doctor Naidoo is amazing, his staff did what they supposed to do, they were friendly and professional.

Beware of Madison. We are seeing a pain doctor who shared the same office space with R. Naidoo. My doctor asked Madison to come in to set up an appointment with Naidoo. She left us in the office after taking my information, for over 45mins. When I asked for what was happening? Madison rudely told me that her system crashed and she was trying to get it to work and that she had to copy my insurance cards and had seven other patients to deal with. I said I didn't know that but had she or anyone else told us what the hold up was we would have been fine and waited. Madison told me in uncertain terms that she doesn't have to tell me anything. Her response was over the top given the situation. She took back the paper work and would not give me the appointment. I wasn't rude or angry. The other folks in the office agreed that she was out of line. Dr. Naidoo, if you read the reviews, you need to address this matter with your staff. I made an appointment with another Dr without a hitch or problem. If I had acted out in the manner that Madison did, I would not have my job. If she continues to treat patients like, there will be business lost for Dr. Naidoo.
