I love Dr. Mitchell and highly recommend her. She is patient, takes her time with you, and really listens to your concerns. The only reason that I did not give five stars is that I saw her Nurse Practitioner on two separate occasions and did not have the best experience. Her front office person Wendy is wonderful. She returns calls and is always helpful and pleasant.

We’ve been with this practice for 12 years. I like that I can take the whole family to the same doctor. Got my daughter in same day today for possible strep throat. New flooring and paint at the new location is good. Front office/waiting room is small but they usually get you in a room quickly or you can wait in your car.

This office rocks the unprofessionalism. I have had to send the rules because the staff does not know them. Isn't this a civil surgeon's office? How can you not know the rules? Again and again I have asked for receipts - no receipts. I have tried to make an appointment - no follow up. The office got a new "secretary," she asked me to email her -- no response. I sent a 2nd request -- no response. Dr. Mitchell, if you expect the immigrant community (and their families) to take you seriously, perhaps you should have a professional staff. I have spoken with you personally and you sounded competent - but if no one answers the phone and the people that do are not competent, that is how you look, also.

Excellent medical office, caring staff, thorough questioning to determine possible medical causes, testing a part of the treatment plan, the doctors spend time with each patient, by the time you are finished you feel like you are a part of the family of First Medical Group. A fantastic group of doctors, nurse practitioners, and nursing assistants

This is the best Dr's office! Dr. Mitchell takes her time and listens. I never want her to retire. From day one Wendy has been my girl. I feel like family. She's honest, friendly, calm cool and collected. These two are the dream team and the heart of Families First Medical Group. If you disagree with me have a conversation elsewhere cause I won't hear or tolerate it.

If you are looking for a Physician who will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns look no further than Dr Mitchell. My last couple of visits have been with Myeshia, she is just as attentive and has your health care needs at heart.You can tell from the 1st interaction with the medical team that the patients wellbeing is the top priority.

Unorganized clinic in every way.
As a new patient, who made an appointment- I was not even able to see the doctor. I was placed in a gown and waiting in a cold room for over 1 hr for the NP. It has been 3 months since that appointment, and I have not received any call or follow up regarding my blood work or screening results. The medical assistant used an XL cuff to check my blood pressure, I’m a petite woman , 130 lbs. She was full of attitude when I asked if she could use the correct cuff.

Altogether very unprofessional office. Very dissatisfied. Will not be returning. Many better offices to choose from. They need to work on hiring better staff and improve their time management.
