Este curso me hizo pasar un gran susto, porque pensé que había sido estafada, también me dejé guiar por los comentarios negativos que ha tenido en este foro… mi caso es que nunca tuve problemas con la página ni para realizar el examen, si, admito que fue un examen algo fastidioso porque era mucha lectura , muchos módulos, pero al final aprobé el examen, y me llamó la atención que no me haya llegado el certificado, ahí me preocupé mucho… pero llamé al dmv y me notificaron que si les había llegado la información de mi examen. Así que al final todo salió bien. Gracias a Dios.

Me robaron mi dinero, me registré y contacto a atención al cliente y me dicen que no pague y no estoy registrada.

Sin contar que la traducción para presentar el examen en español es malísima

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would (they pay for their reviews through Shopper Approved so don't be fooled by them)!!! This company is a scam. I paid for the course for my daughter to take her permit exam. She was in the middle of taking her exam when the website stopped responding out of nowhere. She had answered around 35 questions and had 35 minutes remaining. She was passing and had only missed 3 questions at that time. When I contacted the company they would not help me out at all. I talked to two representatives which who were both VERY rude and unprofessional. They said that it was our fault and not on their end when it in fact was their website not working. They kept sending me copy and pasted paragraphs about why a test would fail and said these are the reasons we will not be able to help you. I told them that her time did not lapse, she did not exit out and go to another browser nor did she press any back buttons. The website stopped accepting her answers. The website was not frozen...it was still allowing her to skip the question but it would not accept her responses. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't offer one either. Their responses were again very harsh and attacking me for wanting help. If I were you, I would run FAR away from this company. I asked several times for a phone number to call and speak to someone...the person wouldn't answer. After several times asking for it, they gave me a number that DID NOT work! I asked to talk with a supervisor as well and they REFUSED to connect me to one. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing so I'm hoping this helps someone else. I will be disputing the charge with my bank as fraud because this company is 100% a SCAM!!

On top of the website failing, I purchased the Driver License Exam Study Guide but NEVER received it. I never got an email nor was it on my daughter's account. They would not refund me for that either.

I didn't read the reviews before I purchased and that's on me. Hopefully you do & can avoid this place at all costs. As literally every other review has stated, the learner's permit test DOES NOT WORK. We purchased the learner's permit test, study guide and the drug & alcohol course. My son started the learner's permit test on his phone, finished question 5 and the test was blocked. I thought maybe he hit the back button on accident or clicked off of the screen on accident so I took the L and purchased just the learner's permit test again. This time we went to the computer, closed out all applications & opened a brand new browser with no tabs open. Signed up all over again (which by the way does require you to enter your child's SSN & your DL # AGAIN), clicked to start the test and it didn't work from the jump. Live support was not available at this time. The next day, my son chatted with live support & they gave him a code to take the test 100% free. We signed up a third time with this code. Surprise, surprise, the test still did not work. Live support said we had to send an email this time around which we did and as of today, almost a week later, still no response. I emailed about the other issues 2x to 2 different email addresses I found for them & received no response. This morning I requested a refund for the second course via PayPal & after a few hours, the refund was approved. So, I'm still out of money for the first test I paid for and now it looks like my son has failed this test 3x when in reality, he only got into the test one time amd made it to question 5 before he was locked out. He was able to take the drug & alcohol course fine but they want you to pay $9 to print the certificate- says it's optional and the test info is sent to the DHSMV, guess we'll see how true that is when we go this week to get his permit....

Paid to take the online Learners Permit test and it would not work. Representatives refused to refund or help us in any way to resolve the issue. They told us we would have to create a new account and sign up for the service again. Helpful tip for parents: Use the link provided on your county's official DMV website to find a reputable service provider instead.

This has to be the worst service I've ever seen, my son was taking the drug and alcohol and passed, but when he continues to take the next one it blocks him and says u failed. We contacted customer service to help us out and all they said was your time ran out when he was only on question 2 of the 50 questions they also said u must pay another 30$ to take it again . THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST U GET YOUR PERMIT SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I COULD RATE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Horrible. Purchased the course and my daughter got started right away. She passed the first portion, went to start the second and it took her to another page that never did anything. They are now saying she failed A DAY IN ADVANCE!!! That’s right, saying she took the test TOMORROW! Obviously a glitch on their end. Waiting to hear from a customer service rep before disputing with my CC company.

SCAM!!!! Could never get into the test and it said we were locked out. Tried calling , just rings and rings - Reporting to Paypal and my bank - THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS
