Dr Atwater is very good. I called today to get an appointment for a physical and though I've seen Dr. Atwater every time with the exception of one visit, I was told she is not my doctor. The doctor I am assigned to is booked until late February. Needless to say I cannot wait that long. They insisted I could not see another doctor. Dumbest rule I have ever heard of!! Me along with my family will be finding another doctor in the area.

the doctors here are amazing but the front staff is AWFUL. everyone I talk to is always in a rush to get off the phone and never helpful. this is a big reason i am leaving because of how rude they are and how i fear to call because they will be mean.

I have been going to this practice for years and have always found them to be very caring, kind, patient and helpful with anything I have needed, from annual check ups to various ailments and issues. They have timely referred me to specialists as needed and have followed up as necessary. My family members go here as well. I would highly recommend them!

I would not recommend this place if you have urgent matters that need attention. My provider here is WONDERFUL however, it is the rude and un professional front staff women who are the reason why I am leaving this facility. If you are prompted to leave a message, they will NEVER return your call. They have such a poor and terrible attitudes 24/7, almost as if they hate doing the work they get paid to do!! I hate to leave my provider but the staff has made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to receive the care I deserve.

Doctors are great but the receptionist are some of the rudest people I’ve met. They hang up the phone, act like you are inconveniencing them when just asking to make and appointment, just over all seem to hate their job. I will still go here because I love my doctor but wish I didn’t have to deal with them.

I was being seen by Jennifer Atwater and I have nothing but good things to say about her. However, the receptionists need an overhaul. Never can get a nice person on the phone, always rudely put on hold. And they always act like you're inconveniencing them when you show up for an appointment. I work in the medical field and couldn't dream of behaving like that to a patient. They need to get a grip or get a new job because they just cost Jennifer a patient.

I was seen on Friday, 9/1/23. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE to me-practically hung up, never spoke to me while placing me immediately on hold, and I was very sick. Upon arrival, I received the same treatment from her; minimal words, rude, apathetic, no eye contact, the list goes on. YOU ARE IN THE PEOPLE BUSINESS!!! Act like you represent the Dr's & Pa's who actually have a great bedside manner!

I've been seeing Dr. DeVente for over 10 years. He and the Medical Assistants, lab personnel, and especially the front office girls are the best. I have been in the medical field for over 20 years so I have some insight into how medical personnel should act and treat patients. This practice knows how to treat their patients with a gentle touch.
