I went in for lab work and it was a very quick and pleasant experience. Millie was kind and smiling per usual. Sarah drew my blood and was exceptional. I didn't feel a thing and she kept me engaged in conversation the entire time. Thank you for always providing efficient and professional care!

They NEVER pick up the phone, EVER. I have called over a dozen times (literally). No one picks up the, nor returns a voice message. When I tried the patient portal, a message appeared on their website informing that they sent me an email to confirm my identity. Guess what? I'm still waiting for that email. When you finally get to see someone, their service, etc. is good, hence the 2 stars. If not for this, if possible, I would rate them in negative integers. Brutal................................... New report. I finally made an appointment. Tina M. as usual, was awesome, as were the entire team. I have to go with with 3.5 stars for now.

Tina Dochniak and Sarah are amazing. I have the worst anxiety when it comes to going to the medical office but they put you at ease. They allowed my spouse to hold my hand during in-office bloodwork (Sarah is an amazing phlebologist) so no trips to Quest or LabCorp. I appreciate them more than they know.

Ideal Family Practice has a great staff and wonderful providers. Tina and Stephanie are very knowledgeable and take their time with your care. Even when the clinic is busy with patients, they come to you with a great attitude and ready to give you their undivided attention.

I love this office! Tina is amazing, very attentive. I never feel rushed when I need to talk and they are quick when I am just there for follow ups. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating when I have to bring my toddlers along.

I am so pleased with their service. I've been in the area since 1978 and have seen many doctors through the years, and have been to many establishments. I haven't found anyone better and won't ever go elsewhere. They always have my best interest (and health) at heart. They take time to listen and don't rush me through the process like cattle. I appreciate that. They're also very knowledgeable. I read the other review and for me, personally, receiving top quality care, when it comes to my health, is worth a new patient fee and I understand that when it comes to a check up, the lab work has never been free. The total amount you were asking for is less than the average car payment. Surely a person's health is worth as much as a car. Don't understand the thought process there.
