My husband and I have been going to Dr Nelson for 7 years. He is a wonderful doctor. He is very professional and takes his time reviewing my history. I feel so safe under his care. When my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was in the hospital, Dr Nelson called him on a Sunday because he was reviewing a test and wanted to talk to my husband. He is ver thorough and also compassionate. I highly recommend Dr Nelson and his staff!

They refuse to see patients with any kind of respiratory illness or fever, so if you're coughing because you have the flu, cold, respiratory whatever, they refuse to see you. My mother has had 2 respiratory illnesses in the past year and a half; the first time, some nasty nurse got all huffy with me on the phone when she tried to explain why this doctor's office refuses to see patients who are sick. The second time, she ended up in the hospital. As far as I can tell, this office only does follow ups from other doctors and orders tests at other places. It must be wonderful to be GP doctors who don't actually deal with sick patients.

When moving to Florida from out of state, I needed to find other medical providers. I went to see Rebeca, who I was referred to by my son. Who was seeing her as his primary care. I immediately liked the professional and warm greeting when we met. We work as a team for my benefit to stay healthy as I can. I highly recommend this practice. The office staff is A++

Dr.Nelson takes his time with his patients. Taking the time to review your history. Before review your symptoms and chief complain. He is usually on time. Pleasant staff and professional. Able to usually see you same day for urgent visits. We only live here 6 months out of the year. But everyone is pleasant about transferring charts. Keeping your doctors up to date here and in Michigan. I would easily recommend him to others.
