Thanks No.1 Driving School for the professional lessons and getting me a first time pass in Carlton! I originally purchased a 12-lesson pack including 2 car use for exams, but added 4 more lessons just to be safe. Each drive would take 2 lessons (90 mins).

As I was practicing, my instructor Mr Jin always picked up my careless mistakes in a friendly way (only for repeated mistakes did he become more strict). Other than technical sides, he would start chatting with me on some safer routes, which reduced my stress from driving (but you could ask for silence if that was distractive).

I did a mock test right before the actual one, where I still made two or three tiny mistakes (e.g. head checks at left turns, too far from curb when pulling over). Do try your best to avoid those, but eliminating fatal errors is your primary mission. All the best!

纯新手在驾校报了20+1的套餐，驾校给我安排了Jack y教练。在有限的课时里教练不仅教会了我路考的要点，最重要的是教会了我在路上处理问题的方法。路考的时候特别倒霉碰到很tough路线很奇怪的考官，尽管考试前把Carlton练了又练，考试居然还一半是没开过的路，还好掌握了正确的技巧。考试的时间正好和别的学员冲了，驾校紧急安排总教练王教练带我路考，有一个路口差点直接fail，还好王教练帮我争了一下，还是过了！不管是Jacky Chen教练还是Andy Wang教练都特别特别专业特别特别了解考试路线和路考要求！！驾校真的以学员利益为重，不会故意拖课，明明再考一次我就会加课加考试的费用，但是驾校一直尽最大努力帮学员1pass！
