Dr Desai and his staff are the best. My 83 year old mom, my newborn granddaughter and everyone in between are patients here. The staff is always pleasant and the doctors are thorough, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Desai for 11 years. He and his staff are amazing. Each and every member of his office has a wealth of knowledge covering all aspects of healthcare, from billing, to referrals, to general health care. The staff bends over backwards to meet both your needs and your schedule in a professional and caring manner. I have a few health issues and they are always prepared to address every aspect of them during each visit. They do their homework before your appointment to inform you of the latest research, therapy, and medications available no matter what your situation might be. I highly recommend this office to everyone no matter how small or large your current healthcare challenge might be. They excel at everything from preventative healthcare visits and illness, all the way to regular blood monitoring (the office phlebotomist is awesome!). I cannot say enough about Dr. Desai and his staff. He has a patient for life.

I had to walk out of the office because the very first two ladies thar I came in contact with were very nasty. I understand they were still on their lunch break, but that doesn't give the right to be nasty. They need to learn and practice decorum, what it is and what it means. I was looking for a physician because I'm new to this area. But I would never recommend them due to how rude they both were. I'm giving one star only because the ladies in the chiropractic office next to them were very kind. They allowed me to wait in their office until the other office was opened. And they were very professional and well mannered. The ladies next door should take notes.

Northern Virginia Family Medicine is the best Dr office me and my family have ever been apart of. Dr Desai, The Nurse practitioners and physicians Assistants are all wonderful even his medical assistance and front desk are always smiling and willing to help. Day or night, Dr Desai makes sure all of his patients are taken care of. He also has an Answering service for when the office is closed. It’s 5stars for us.

Dr. Desai is awesome. He genuinely cares about his patients. He is always willing to help even after office hours which we greatly appreciate.

Dr Desai is awesome just plainly put. I found him by a sheer luck google search when I needed a PCP. Little did I know a month after I found him I’d be experiencing some kidney troubles. Dr Desai really looked out for me keeping an eye on my labs and calling in much needed medication when I needed it even at 9pm at night.. the urologist I was seeing honestly couldn’t be bothered, so I’m really grateful to Dr. Desai and even his team for patience and understanding with me. I was a nervous wreck coming in and out of his office multiple times a week for a month, but still he kindly helped me with all my medical concerns. Really an exceptional doctor which others should emulate similar qualities from.

My husband had an appointment, he is a patient with physical disability, he arrived on time and hardly made it to the office, once he arrived they told him sorry but the nurse practitioner had emergency and left, she will try to call later today. They didn’t bother to call to reschedule and they didn’t care about a patient who called them for injury check up.
For few times we faced poor treatment and care specially from the receptionists. Beside that the office closes hour & half for lunch.
