I have always been tended to kindly. The staff works so hard. The place is always busy. Dr.Mai is fantastic she gives her undivided attention when I'm there and she gets things done so quickly. Wayne is phenomenal he gets things done, always being considered he great. The other is nice to. You need to be patient to get thru on the phones. I highly recommend The Dr. Mai Phan Clinic.

I don't know why this office has such bad reviews but the doctor here is actually really caring. She moves fast too to get you the care that you need and the staff is okay too there's even a lady who speaks Spanish in case someone needs that. Honestly can the office space use some upgrades sure but that's more of a management issue for the people they are actually renting from not from the doctor office itself.

The staff in reception is not nice at all, almost except the gentleman. When you enter the office, ladies totally ignore you. You need to try several times to get their attention. They are impolite. They don't pick up the phone, and if they do, they are extremely careless and put you on long hold times; you should disconnect and redial. I have especially a very bad experience in there that I am not willing to mention it here. So, I am going to change my doctor. Does anyone know another center in Reseda or surrounding areas who care for their patients?

I actually had a very nice experience with a doctor working there Dr. Bahn? a younger lady who listened to all my concerns, took a long time talking to me and she made sure she understood my health concerns in and out. She was able to prescribe me the right things and i felt better. She has a great bedside personality. The front receptionist definitely doesn't know the meaning of customer service, though.....some people don't have it. Like, shes always taking care of herself before the even acknowledging customers, is not warm and caring - shes seems rather bothered to be taking care of patients. and for a receptionist first person you see... leaves clients frustrated as reviews below. The front desk man however was very nice and attentive.

This rating is for the front office only. My elderly father really likes Dr. Bahng, who's been his doctor for several years. My only interaction with Dr. Bahng was on a video call: she was helpful, informative, and easy to talk to. But dealing with the office? OMG!

As a family caregiver, trying to coordinate with this office is unsustainable, especially when my father has many doctors and conditions that must be managed.

The office is extremely LOW TECH. They only have two (2) phone lines. NO voice mail system. NO website. NO email. NO patient portal. Calling them is the only time I've ever heard a busy signal since 1992(!) To schedule an appointment, one must keep calling until someone answers.

When the phone is actually answered you better hope it's one of the more seasoned staff people. They are clearly overloaded--you can tell by the lack of patience and customer service by some of the staff.

Dr Phan is just ok. But it's very hard to understand her. Dr Bahng speaks good English but can be rude and insensitive. This goes for some of their staff as well.

I was told I had to be seen by the Dr for my UTI and to get meds. There weren't any appts but they would try to squeeze me in. They stuck me in the back office standing up at first when there was a chair just 3 feet away. I had a special boot on my foot from a procedure I had just had. I finally sat down. I was there for 4 hours. I was either being dismissed or ignored by the staff. They would just tell me appts needed to be seen first. I finally just got up to leave. I was feeling sick and upset. After arguing with the staff, they saw me. It didn't take more than 5 minutes.

Dr Bahng was consulting my daughter regarding a failed Lap Band surgery. My daughter wanted to see a specialist. Dr Bahng told her the surgery didn't fail. She did!! Those words cut her and she actually cried. Her self esteem is pretty low and they know about her depression. It was a very rude and insensitive statement. That wasn't the first time she did something like that. I stopped seeing Dr Bahng for that very reason.

It is a worse doctor office, I do not recommend to anyone. The office smells very bad, and it is always hot. The service is terrible, it seems that whoever works in this office having no customer service's experience at all ( they are rude). My mom makes appointment at 9am, she has to wait for over an hour to get in. They say whatever in their conveniences.

Dr. Phan treated me when no one else would due to my insurance status. Until I was able to secure a coverage, she made it possible for me to afford doctors visits. She treated me as if I were her best paying patient. I don't just like her clinic, I Love Her and Her staff because I feel like they care.
