Warning!! This office is not for people with a lot of time. If you want to spend an hour in the waiting room then a another half hour in the back, then another hour talking to the Doctor DO NOT CONE HERE! If you want quick, fast & FRIENDLY service this is it no wait. Straight to the point and get on with your day! I have 3 young children a husband, I work over 60 hours a week. And I live over an hour away
I'm in and out as I write this... as I'm leaving Dr. Sharma is sharing some last helpful tips with a patient. Very personable and intimate!

I started seeing Dr. Sharma in 2022. I expressed my concern with back pain and before I knew, I was referred to the perfect splst to mitigate my back pain. Now, I'm having gallbladder issues and for the first time in ALL my years - he personally called me with my test results and to check how I was doing. I highly recommend!

Band-aid doctor! My appointment today was very disappointing! Staff was wonderful, Sharma Prixit does not make time to listen to your issues nor does he act like hes concerned with admitte concerns. I have serious health issues and he was not concerned in helping me today with my issue. I had to go to the ER. If I have to see a ER doctor theres no need in him being my primary! He had the audacity to walk out as I was still speaking! I do not recommend him to anyone! I recommend you to search else where..

Dr Sharma is a refreshing change from the white coats I've been used to in my 75 years. He's down to earth and def not your typical doctor. He's knowledgeable, relaxed and down to earth. His staff is wonderful. I would def encourage you to go see him.

I'm not sure what has happened at this office but I used to receive great care here. Now, the front desk staff seem irritated if you call or need assistance. I have to constantly follow up with them because no one calls you back when messages are left. This has happened multiple times. I been going here for over 15 years but will be changing my primary care doctor due to the reasons stated.

Called today for a copy if my medical records
Lady that answered the phone said there would be a fee of 1 a page? These are my medical records, not the property if the medical clinic, I told her thats fine Ill pay it, when I stated this,she changed her tune and said I have to check with the doctor first.
What happened? In two seconds for her to change the process When I asked if she was denying me me records, she said she needs to check, new policy, as of when? While I was on the phone with her. Then she said if someone eles is requesting them she would be happy to send them. So I said yes
My short term disability requested them from yiu 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing so Ill come get them. Again she said she needs ti check with the doctor She also said I need to stop yelling, (I never yelled at her) then she quickly repeated my phone number and said we will call you after she checks with the doctor. WHOM do I report this office too

Sometimes there is a wait,
However it is because Dr Sharma cares so much about his patients that he will Not rush them out if they have concerning questions about their health. He treats all his patients with kindness and concern. He'll check in on them if their in the hospital or call them personally if they had test he's concerned about. So if you can't reach him, don't feel like he doesn't care, he's just always busy caring for others.
One last thing., The Women who work with him and for him are the Best team you could ask for, They go Over n beyond not only for him but for his Patients as well, So Thank you ladies ?

Office staff is pleasant and welcoming.
Dr Sharma is great, he listens, explains , makes a plan and follows up. Very grateful for him.
