Absolutely useless. Not an ounce of compassion for patients. Refuses to see anyone. Diagnosed my son....a COPD patient as having nothing wrong with him over the phone. He was later admitted to hospital where he spent almost 2 weeks. This man should be struck off.

The worst practice ever. My son is not well 2 weeks (fever and cough) and there is no chance see a doctor because they would rather make a call phone and say thats a virus. They just take a money from goverment for nothing, that place is a joke.

NHS need to launch an investigation against Dr. Reddy immediately for his years of malpractice. No other practicioner in the ML area is as ignorant and neglectful towards their patients.

This is a doctor who willfully undermines the patient's description of their symptoms, is critical of those who give themselves a preliminary diagnosis and has clearly had absolutely slim to nil training whatsoever on mental health issues and conditions.

His communication is poor, in his blunt cadence and shocking lack of empathy that is present in his 1:1 consultations. For years there have been NUMEROUS incidences of misdiagnosis and malpractice from his practice alone.

He is neglectful to inform patients of the medication that is available to them, a ripple effect of the case that was launched against him and other Newmains practices for wrongfully prescribing an abundance of the muscle relaxant, Valium, to many patients in an effort to "fob" them off, leaving him hesitant to prescribe or offer any kind of medication to others who actually require treatment.

Time will tell if this "GP" is reprimanded, which he almost certainly should be, with a lot of his patients having filed a staggering amount of complaints to the board against his name.

Place is a joke got told to find another practice, receptionists are vile with a disgusting attitude, Joanna and the other one and the practice manager Claire is a joke!! Can’t do their job so blame you aye ok!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Dr Reddy is possible the worst doctor I have ever came into contact with. From first appointment is apparent that he does not understand English, nor does he take your information in! For over month now I have suffered in pain with my stomach. The good doctor has not even done bloods nor a simple stool test! 5 appointments still no tests! He was quick to say IBS and told me "that enough conversation for today" even prior to this on our 3 appointment he was trying to pass me on to a private doctor costing me £200 pounds. Why? Because the man as no clue what so ever about medicine! He should be banned and never aloud any where near a human being! Further more I will do everything in my power to see this surgery closed! Or Dr Reddy removed!

Have no faith in this doctors surgery at all, my 73 year old mum has been fobbed off ! Have to actually wait till after hours to call nhs 24! Had to wait for 8 hours in A&E for help as doctor wouldnt see her! Been told by hospital and nhs 24 that they have a duty of care! What ever i try i cannot get my mother an appointment to see a doctor. Time to move doctors!!

Place is an absolute joke ! Reception don't even listen to a word u say and straight away refer you to A&E. Constantly brushing u off and cutting u off when speaking seriously needs shut down !
