Absolutely wonderful. Can’t recommend enough. Every instructor and everyone we spoke to on the phone was so kind, patient and helpful. We had a lot of questions and they helped us navigate the process. Our daughter did very well with the instruction and it gave us the confidence that she was ready to drive on her own. Each instructor came to the door before and after lessons and gave us notes on her progress so we knew what to work on. All around an amazing experience from start to finish.

Wasn’t easy to schedule. We chose the 2 hour lesson with the road test. Even though it wanted me to schedule online, it wouldn’t allow me to schedule the test at the same time. I then called and got everything worked out. The man said he would be the person doing the lesson and test for my son.
Turns out one person did the lesson, and another did the test. The whole reason we did the driving school was for his anxiety so he knew the person giving him his test.
He passed thankfully, but I won’t be using this driving school again for my younger child.

Mr. Mike helped sooth my nerves before completing my driver’s test! He was very enthusiastic and made me feel relaxed. My other instructors that I had were very professional and gave good constructive feedback that helped me be more confident with driving! I would definitely recommend going to Shields driving school!

Tim and the team at Shield were amazing. We were wanting an outsider to speak into our daughter’s skills and they provided just the right advice and feedback to build confidence and skills. They taught her how to parallel park (you don’t realize how hard it is to teach something that you instinctively just do). I am very grateful for Shield Driving School team. It was an extremely positive experience for her and us. Not hesitations at all in recommending them, and we will use them again for our other children.

Ray is great instructor/tester. His sense of humor helped take away some nervousness during the test. I would recommend Ray and Shield driving school to anyone who needs a license.

I did 4 lessons with Shields and really liked them all. I loved how attentive my instructors were every time and how they helped me work on the things I struggled with the most. I learned how to do most of what I know from these instructors and think they did wonderful with their teaching skills. I would recommend Shields to anyone who needs lessons or testing because both were wonderful services.
