Listen to the reviews and believe it the first time. There’s no need to experience a terrible clinic on your own. I made the mistake of ignoring the reviews because I saw an average 3.8 and thought how bad could it possibly be? Oh, it’s BAD..
Never coming back to this establishment! Save your time and energy, find a different clinic.

From the moment I walked in to check in- the receptionist was RUDE. The nurse and doctor that saw me were not personable whatsoever. When I checked out to get my referral sheet from the front desk, the tech gave me a nasty attitude all because I asked for a printed copy for my records. As if it were the greatest inconvenience in the world. After this woman printed and stapled my referral, she tossed it on the counter and looked away. The attitude and professionalism of this entire establishment is so wild- it’s laughable at this point. Thank goodness I only came in for a referral because I would hate to see the kind of care they would provide if I came in sick.

All the reviews about a receptionist Who is rude and disrespectful is correct.
Her name is LIN, she is very cold, harsh and bitter. Don’t know why this office let her work there. Clearly, It’s ruining their overall image of the office.
Maybe they don’t care because they already have so many patients.
She’s is the older, heavy set female who works in the front. If you want to have a decent experience, avoid talking with this person.

To Dr. Kang and the rest of the office,

The receptionists that answer the phone are rude, have an attitude, and are short. They need better training and need to work on their mannerism. I spoke with Lin who is clearly Korean and she is very rude that I had to call her out on her attitude.

There are plenty of people who are willing to do the job better than Lin and much nicer and have much kinder tones. I would highly recommend Lin gets replaced because she is that bad. She clearly forgets that she is not only working with patients but also needs to have a basic level of customer service and she does not have that.

강선생님 진료는 언제나 좋습니다.다만 바쁘셔서 진료시간이 길어질때도 있지만 이해합니다.진료후 결과도 매번 빠르게 전화해 주시고 많은 경력이 느껴져서 진료에 만족합니다.그리고 간호사 분들도 친절하세요.하지만 전화받는 젊은 여자분 (M.전체이름은 안쓰겠습니다) 전화 할때마다 매번 느끼는 거지만 목소리와 태도에서 짜증,화가나 있음,듣기 싫음,상대편 무시함,또 그러는군,귀찮음,말 자름...등이 느껴지고 정~말 루드 그 차체입니다.많은 사람들 특히 환자들을 전화로 상대하다보면 감정 소모로 힘든 상황이 있는것은 이해하지만..힘드시면 전화받는일 하지 마세요.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years everyone has been great especially MD Kang. My problem is that I’ve recently called in to make an appointment and was met with a careless and cold greeting from the receptionist ,maybe they had a change in staff. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I get youre busy but as patients we are calling because we are in need of assistance please at the least have a warmer greeting at the front desk you are the face and voice of the practice.Receptionist did not mention her name while I was on the phone with her otherwise it will be mentioned with this review.

All the lower ratings are true. The first time I made an appointment, the girl that answered was VERY rude and made me feel uncomfortable. But there was so many good reviews about Dr. Kang that I went with my instincts. The nurses were good and I really like Dr. Kang but not enough to go back because of his front desk team.

The front desk staff is absolutely horrid. So incredibly rude. It feels like if you’re not Korean, you’re not treated the same as everyone else. The girl on the phone especially does not need to be answering phones or greeting guests. I called asking when my test results would be back in and before I could even finish the sentence, she said 7-10 business days.

There was even a guy screaming on his phone in the lobby. Sounded like he was mad because he was talking to a scammer and they did nothing. They literally just talked louder over him.

For a doctors office, I just expect a little bit more compassion and empathy. It’s very clear that this office tries to get as much people in as possible. If Dr. Kang had a whole new admin team, I would come back. Until then, I recommend finding a new doctor.

Went for a physical
Did not see the doctor.
Saw the PA and being a man over 40
I expected the physical to be very thorough. It was not. I did not feel comfortable about my physical. Once I left and made an appointment to see someone else. I asked the staff member how many times a person comes back after first visit. I was told it was not often especially people of color.
The front office staff was great
, unfortunately I didn’t have any comfort level with the PA or the person taking my information

I have been going to Dr. Kang as my primary care physician for over ten years. I trust him with my health and life. He has great bedside manners and is very caring. I only take insurance that covers him in my network. Even though I moved an hour and a half away, years ago, he is still my PCP and I make the trip to see him when I need to. The office is very clean and very nice. I’ve never had any issues with any other doctors or PA’s I’ve seen there, they were kind and helpful as well… but Dr. Kang is MY doctor. The staff including front desk, CNAs, and blood work team are friendly and gets things done.
